Got everything I wanted delivered to my front porch so the installers could put them in.... got a new stove got a new dishwasher... got a vent Hood...and it was all delivered within a couple of days after I ordered it on the day I needed it delivered!..all three items were in stock and delivered at once great service very happy with everything! Everywhere else I visited...... not all the items were in stock and not any of the items could be delivered within a couple of weeks or less and Grand Appliance had a much bigger selection to choose from. Great selection of all appliances...most everything was in stock!

Beyond a 5 stars!! Your crews were super impressive and although they didn't come together they were THE example of teamwork. We have a small kitchen and BOTH crews orchestrated removal of appliances and installation immaculately. I would definitely recommend people for the simple fact of these 2 crews. The guys on the 2 crews deserve a bonus!

It was a great experience dealing with Jimmy at the Milwaukee Grand appliance store. I was referred there by the new Chicago Grand appliance store that did not have what I was looking for. Needed to buy a new dryer recently. Knowledgeable sales staff in the store was helpful, and the delivery drivers were in regular contact with their expected arrival time and quick & neat about getting the new dryer in and old dryer out. Good overall experience.

Ivan and Estaban were wonderful. They installed our new Sam Sung dishwasher in a very professional manner. They had to problem solve a plumbing drain issue and even swept up after the installation.

After an excellent experience getting new kitchen appliances last year, I called Grand Appliance when our dryer died over Christmas. The salesperson understood my needs and it took less than 20 minutes to purchase and set up delivery and installation. Great experience!!!

Additional update: Grand’s delivery staff are top-notch! My house has it all.. old narrow doorways, steep spiral stairs. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were able to get me additional rebates that were being offered for Black Friday. I had my mind set on a certain washer/dryer combo, but they pointed me to some other alternatives. After I read additional online reviews, I ended up with an All-in-One unit.
