Prisma Health Center for Venous and Lymphatic Medicine–Greenville

My doctor sent a referral and the same day I called and set me up appointment for next week!

This review is not necessarily about the Center per se but rather about Dr. Saundra Spruell who has consistently moved my sclerotherapy appointment that was supposed to be done 1x a month for 6 months. I've had only ONE appointment kept. Since then, for the last 3 months the office has called to say she has a family emergency, and it would need to be moved to the following month. While I sympathize with any emergency, it's rather odd that ALL of the emergencies have come up 2-3 days after my confirming the appointment via a YES response to a text message from the Vein Ctr. I'm peeved and perplexed because it seems a little too coincidental given all of my appointments were set for Fridays and then each month for the past three months the appointments needed to be moved? It's very much the height of unprofessionalism to do this to patients as I have to once again rearrange my schedule because of this. I had these appointments timed to be done with by June and now they won't be completed until August. Of course, I will now switch doctors with the hope that this does not continue with some other issue. I'm expecting a call back from the office manager Margie Mays to discuss this matter further. I'll surely follow up here with an addendum to this review if there's no communication.

The doctor was great and the nurse. However, I have been waiting months for follow up care and they keep r/s last minute, and giving me times I am not available:(
