G&S came at the time they had scheduled for me. Very polite, explained the process and the problem to me in simple terms and took care of my issue. Showed up on time. Was knowledgeable about the smoke detectors. He fixed and repaired them in a timely matter. Also provided tips or what to look for if the beeping noise happens again.

The technician, Gary (I hope I got that right), kept a good attitude while trying to troubleshoot the issue. Especially since it was a very odd issue and fix. He explained what he was doing and was very cordial. He was extremely helpful. He even saw a need elsewhere and helped with that as well. I would definitely recommend their services.

Would really like to thank Gary for being so kind! He fixed my electrical problem and also went above and beyond the call of duty to stay and fix another home repair I needed help with. My front door was broken and hanging off it's hinges and he grabbed his drill and screws from his truck and fixed my door for me before leaving. I appreciated this so much and it was so kind. My Home warranty company sent Gary out to help with some bad electrical outlets. ( I was worried I had drilled into an electrical line) Gary called and made an appointment and showed up right on time. He worked quickly and found a loose connection in one of the outlets (So, it was not caused by me :)). Gary has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me what had happened and how he was able to correct the problem. I will request him in the future.

The thing that comes to mind quickest is the Timeliness of the repair repair. I reported the problem to the warranty company in the morning and before the day was over someone had been dispatched to fix the problem. I really appreciate that. I will use this company again and will refer them to my friends and bill my friends and business associates.

was not working he fixed theme in immediately with no problem he knew exactly where to go where to find The problem with the outlets

Unfortunately the delayed time didn’t work for me but Gary still went by to check out what he could do from the outside as the issue was with a breaker box.
