I have been a BADCOCK customer since 2010 and the service has always been great. Now that I’m busier than before being able to order online and use my account with no money down is truly a blessing. It’s fast and easy and the customer service is exceptional as well. The delivery drivers have always been helpful and courteous. I will continue to be a customer and will always recommend them to ithers.

The manger Eddie and his staff are top notch and very professional would recommend him and his staff to any one needing furniture, and they were very helpful and patient.

We have purchased several furniture items over the years from Badcock in Salisbury and have been well pleased. Recently purchased a Lennox leather sofa and matching loveseat from the Stanhope collection. The salesperson D. Honeycutt was knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. She answered all our questions and gave us room to look and think. The store manager also thanked us personally. The delivery crew, James, Jacob and Jorden called before they arrived and had our furniture set up in a short time. They put it precisely where we directed and were very courteous. They respected our home and took all the papers and boxes away. This Badcock is a clean store with many selections and great prices. Highly recommend.

The Salisbury Badcock has Excellent Customer Service. I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. She asked how she could help me and if I was looking for anything in particular. She walked me over to what I was looking for and was right there with me to answer any questions I had. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel bad that I don’t remember her name but I believe she was the manager. I told her that the customer service at that Salisbury store was like night and day compared to the Gate City Blvd store in Greensboro.

I just moved to town and needed some furniture. My friend brought me in and I couldn’t be more thankful. The prices were great and for those on the budget they had a clearance section that was awesome. My sales rep Cierra Barnes was great and so was Dee. I have purchased from this location a few years ago and the staff was great even then. I recently went in to find new furniture, the staff that assisted me was wonderful. She was very helpful in recommendations based on what I was looking for, she was patient with all my questions and thoughts. The staff helped me stay below my limit and didn't take long to complete the process. I will definitely continue to shop with them.

I have shopped at a lot of furniture stores and this store is by far the best. Best service from all employees and very knowledgeable. Casey was very helpful with my order when my sales associate, Shani wasn’t there. The warranties were amazing when I needed my sofa and oven fixed. Will always go to Badcock for all my furniture needs. Will also recommend all my family and friends to buy from them also.

Sales rep Shannon was amazing! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations of customer service. Not only did she provide service with a smile but made sure the deal I was getting was reasonable and offered great suggestions to help me with my needs. She is a great asset to Badcock!!

Very efficient, courteous staff. Showed us the items we were interested in. Very quick with the financing. As a former salesman I want to have a quick no hassle process and this was it. Dee was a pleasure to work with.
