Mountain View Memorial Park

What a wonderful group of people. Easy to work with and they did everything they said they would do. I highly recommend Moutain View Memorial Park.

The Waters Family is very pleased, we have many plots and lots of family there. Any perpetual care cemetery doesn’t allow you to plant and charges fees for outside headstones to be placed. That’s part of this process. Thanks to staff and Howze Mortuary for always taking such great care of our family.

I think it's time they revamp the management of this place. The staff needs to go. They have tried to run this cemetery and they have failed. Grass is extremely high. Well I guess the weeds are extremely high. The conditions of the roads are terrible. Potholes everywhere. The management is rude. The prices they charge are highway robbery. Your strong armed into buying a marker from them because if you dont they charge an arm and a leg to place the one you purchase from somewhere else. And then your told if you don't purchase one from them and it gets “broken” they will not replace it unless it is one you bought from their dealer. You should see how they roll through to cut all the weeds with the mowers in the place. You know It's just a matter of time before they do break a marker because they don't care. Another issue seems to be consistency on the rules. They do as they please. Your told you can't do something with your plot only to look around the place and you see others have been doing it for years. I saw a review on yelp of how rude Katrina is and I have heard it from many others and have experienced it. She needs to go. As I said earlier they have tried and they have failed. It's time for a revamp. Check out other complaints from others on their facebook site and yelp. I think 1 star reviews will continue to be the score of this place for years to come unless change happens. And change must start at the top!

Do not bury your loved ones here,the lack of lawn maintenance is unreal,the overcharging on the markers is remarkable they cost them $250.00 and charge $2150 plus if you do put your own marker down your charged a huge fee ,then they will run over it and break it,just because you didn’t buy it from them. Katrina is a rude person who is surely in the wrong job,she leaves early,doesn’t keep up with her job. Plus they remove your flowers at their convenience.if they don’t like you then watch out she will be sure to remove anything you put out.beware bury your loved ones elsewhere this place is awful.overrun with red ants.they want treat to get rid of them,they don’t keep the grass up,some places is a muddy mess ,like the drive at the lower end of the moseleum.

The worst decision I made was burying my daughter here. Lawn maintenance is non existent. I attempted to make our plot look nice with sod, but apparently that is against the rules of the cemetery. All seeding much match according to the manager. That's a joke. What seeding?! She must be referring to the WEEDS that have overtaken the property. I am continuously disappointed and embarrassed by the lack of effort the staff of Mountain View Memorial Gardens presents in every fashion.

How you " trespass" someone from visiting there loved ones cause you don't like there car. Personal issues is childish and ridiculous. Yall need to grow up. Horrible staff in the office.

Wanted to say im tired of NOT seeing things we leave at my papas grave! Its hard without him everyday and it pisses me off when i see things broke or gone! This time the garden stake with a small light says we miss you papa is gone! Stop trashing our things!!!
