ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Small family owned (I think). They are sooo sweet and understanding and prices a great even without insurance. During the storm that knocked out their system, they still gave me my refill and witnessed them give another customer something they needed for free (NO PLACE HAS EVER SONE THAT!)! Will be a customer to them as long as I live in this city!!! Highly recommend, you wont regret!

I have never experienced a pharmacy (and few other businesses) that thinks outside the box and comes up with such creative solutions. They have helped me navigate my meds and the challenging health insurance industry multiple times. They listen. They serve. They are simply great. They have set the bar too high for the corporate behemoths, mainly because they've onboarded the best staff from those entities. I have been taken great care of by this group. Thanks to everyone there.

We have had a difficult situation in balancing the correct medication from our doctor with what would be covered by insurance at a sustainable cost over three different prescriptions. Drew (and everyone on staff) has been remarkably informative, patient, understanding, empathetic, determined, innovative, kind, professional, warm, and just down right amazing! This place is the best pharmacy I've ever used. The people are always nice and are just genuine good people. They work with you when they can sometimes I'd run out of my meds one day early and they would go ahead and fill them for me.... When your prescription is called in or faxed they HOLD THEM FOR YOU AND WILL NOT SELL TO SOMEONE WHO BEATS YOU DOWN THERE... There are shortages sometimes and it was a bad one a couple years ago i had been going to Parker Rd drug store and i called them and they said they had them for me i said on my way it took 15 mins when i got there guess what they had already sold them.... You will not find a better place to get your meds and will not find better people than the ones who own gville discount and run it. I love them

Best pharmacy ever! I’ve been going here going on almost 3 years. Mike is the best an his staff. They always stay on top of things I’ve never had a problem my whole 3 years going here! They are very understanding an very sweet an nice an very professional! Great products also for cheap! Very affordable an professional all around! They always make sure I’m happy an token care of ❤ Low prices on medication 💊! They actually care about you an your health!

I am a new customer as of this past Autumn. My physician actually recommended this pharmacy to me. O… my… goodness…! I’m writing this review because I want to share the good news. I’ve always used the big chain stores, never really thinking about other options.

Then, with my professional recommendation in hand, I walked into this small shop on Augusta Street and met Mike DeSerio. My first impression was very positive – he has helpful, knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and friendly.

What really cinched the deal for me, however, was my SECOND visit. I was hardly in the door when he greeted me, really a stranger, just one meeting, with a cheery, “Good morning, Mr. Youngs! How are you today?” Seriously, I frequently my previous pharmacy for YEARS and no one ever new my name and it was only a rare occasion that I was greeted at all !

Also very notable was that Mike gave me his business card with his personal number on it, telling me that if ever I had an emergency need for any med to call him at home, even if it was the middle of the night. Wow!

Moreover – and I can’t for the life of me figure out how they make this happen – but I am consistently paying less at this smaller store than I was at any of the big chains.

Do yourself a favor in the new year of 2021 and pay them a visit. I’m sure you’ll be changing providers as fast as possible.

Honestly, the customer service and care is exceptional here. I have never considered leaving a review for a pharmacy, but here we are. They deserve it! Plus, the prescription prices are better than the chains.

Mike is awesome👍He is friendly, knowledgeable, alwysa had time for his customers. His prices are the best if you don't have insurance. I'm so glad I was told about him. I haven't used another pharmacy since. He always had the prescriptions ready when there due.

I've never had a bad experience here. It might be a "smaller" pharmacy than Walmart, CVS, etc, but the service here blows them all out of the water!

I have been using this pharmacy for a little over a year now and I will NEVER use another pharmacy again. I actually went off of my meds for a few months. When I got back on them I went through a new dr and when I told my dr what pharmacy I used she told me that Greenville discount pharmacy wasn't accepting any new patients that used the same meds I use. I was heartbroken but only for a second. I called mike, sitting right in front of my dr and told him what she had said and he said, "no were not accepting new patients for that medicine, but you're not a new patient. Tell her to go ahead and send your script on over. I've got ya." I was sooo relieved!!! Not to mention it kinda made me feel special too ya know? Lol. Each and every time I walk in the door, I am greeted by name. I love that!!! Also, the second that my dr sends in/calls in my prescription Mike or one of his staff but it's usually Mike, calls me to let me know that they have my prescription and that it will be ready in 5 mins. The medicine I am on without insurance is pretty pricey and for whatever reason their cost of the medicine went up which in turn made my cost go up as well. But it wasn't a surprise though. Mike actually called me and was genuinely upset/concerned because my medicine was going to cost me an extra $10 (still cheaper than any other pharmacy). Just that simple phone call before I made the trip down there to let me know that I would need an extra $10 saved me so much hassle. I love love LOVE this pharmacy!!!!

Great, fast, friendly service and low prices on medication and over the counter items. I truly love this little pharmacy. The staff is amazing and always friendly!

Greenville discount pharmacy is like old time mom and pop from way back! Mike and his staff are phenomenal ! Medication I am on was always on Back order and would go crazy trying to find it at different pharmacies. Mike makes sure he has it in stock every month For me. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone !!!

Such a great staff! My husband is a retired pharmacist and we are so tired of bad service at CVS and Walgreens! We are moving all our business to Mike in 2022!

• you felt appreciated, and
• great Customer Service was an important part of the transaction, rather than seen as a controllable cost, best relegated to the lowest bid, third-world contractor?

You will recognize right away that Mike and the staff at GDP are doing something special- by offering not only great prices, but also providing outstanding service that you will not find elsewhere.

I look forward to my trek over from Simpsonville each month - which is as out of the way for me, as it feels they go - to make me feel appreciated for giving them my business.

If you want a pharmacist that knows your name and cares for your health plus want fair prices on medications then this is the place for you. I've never met a group of nicer people. I highly recommend this establishment.

I worked alongside Mike and Stacy as a pharmacist and they always did the right thing to take care of people. If you come to this place, you are going to get great service every time.

Love this pharmacy Mike and the staff go above and beyond to help you in anyway possible they have your medication ready when you get there and if you have to take one in only takes about 10 minutes they also know you by name way better than these big pharmacies that are rude and also takes hours to fill 1 prescription.
