This store is exactly why I prefer my local hardware store over the big box retailers. Not only are they friendly, but the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful regardless of my needs. If you're looking for a hard to find screw, just a foot of PVC pipe, or a specific tool, this is the place to go!! Thank you!

Best hardware store I’ve ever been to!! I know nothing when it comes to hardware and everyone there is so kind and patient with me, explaining things step by step. I came in today and was talking about how I was hanging something up but didn’t have a drill and one of the employees let me borrow his personal drill! So kind and helped my home improvement project immensely.

In all honesty, I was headed to home depot to get some few home supplies and came across the place. I'm glad I did because it was a great shop. I really enjoyed shopping here. The owner of the store acknowledged me and asked if he could help in anyway as did many of the other employees. Everyone was super friendly and made shopping there welcoming and convenient. This place is the definition of local business and most people only need a few items anyhow so i can imagine this place will suit most people needs. If not, the owner said he could order anything you may need so hopefully that helps. Happy shopping!

Best hardware store staff in all of Greenville!!! Whatever you need to do or fix, the staff here will help you figure out what you need to do it and even help you with some of the small things (they cut some glass for me and they cleaned and repaired an antique door handle fixture for me). I even found LED light bulbs here that I could not get at the big hardware stores. I always go here first for my hardware needs.

The folks at Duncan Hardware go above and beyond. My favorite hardware store hands down. They have everything and can find it in their well organized aisles. A Greenville gem!

I needed a mailbox...again, because it gets hit from time to time. I have looked on the internet...but couldn't find the bracket needed. My 'post' is some kind of poly-something...and I could only find brackets for 'wood'. The gentleman in the store helped me personally, and went the extra mile to help out this 'little ole' grandma'. A kindness is not wasted on me, because I never forget. The employee's name is John, and because of his help I will always be a loyal customer. It is just so nice to experience the kind of service we used to enjoy back in the 60's and 70's...before you had to hike the distance of a football field to find a simple hardware part. Thanks so much!!

What a great place and perfect location. This store reminds me of how home town hardware stores used to look. It has that feel to it and always friendly and knowledgeable staff.

If there is something you are needing and can't find it give this place a try. Just like walking back in time when I was kid going with dad to the hardware store. Love walking around looking at stuff.
