As far as Dr. Enochs he is fantastic and his staff as well. As for Suzette who answered the call this morning, she act as if I was her problem. Very rude, short, would t let me finish my conversation. She just gave me a bad taste. I have been very pleasant with everyone that I have encountered and they have been very professional with me as well. I would highly suggest she not answer calls because she don't have the professionalism.

My wife drove 45 miles for a fitting, only to recommended for a stock, small mask. Then they REFUSED to tell her the name of the local business that she could buy it at because we had not purchased the cpap machine from them (we found one online with a better warranty and better reviews). Then they did not return my calls and we just went online and ordered the mask. Not the level of service I would have hoped for.
