This boat holds significant sentimental value for me, and their help meant a lot. Throughout the process, their communication was excellent. They provided detailed information on the necessary repairs and offered valuable suggestions for improving the boat's longevity.

The service was swift and accommodating, including helping me get new tires for my trailer. They even assisted me in finding a detailer to get the boat in top shape. Leah at the front desk was fantastic—caring, understanding, and guiding me through every step.

Purchased a Chaparral 2013 246ssi and New trailer from Steven Henry. He spent the time to do a walk-around on the boat and put it in the water for a test run. He pointed out some items that needed addressed and gave me an idea of priority/scheduling for those items. Between the boat and trailer I saved about $7,500 working with Steven. I made a purchase and trailered the boat home 90 miles late in the evening. When I was moving it around in the morning, I discovered that 2 of the tires on the trailer were worn on the edge very bad due to alignment issue on the suspension of the trailer. Steven was on it! He said "I will make it right." And he sure did! He made sure that the trailer was fixed and new tires, no charge! I had the pleasure of working with Steven Henry in late August to purchase a 2021 Chaparral 21 SSI Ski & Fish. It was remarkably easy and pressure free situation. For this line of boats, the price was fixed so there wasn’t much negotiating, which I was grateful for...because I HATE that part of buying cars, so was expecting it with a boat. Not the case. It was actually a nice experience. (I got the impression that’s typically the case here.)

The boat is amazing. Especially for the price. I use it 2-3 times per week and love it. Best of both worlds. Family fun over the summer and easily convertible for fishing. Cushions come out very easily. Trolling motor stores in the ski locker and easy to mount.

I recently mounted 4 low profile rod holders for trolling. The service department t was excellent to work with as well. Josh did an outstanding job with the installation. He and Richard were enjoyable to work with.

Now that winter is here, winterizing the Volvo engine couldn’t be easier. I recently saw a number of other people at the marina winterizing their boats for the winter and they were all jealous that I could easily winterize my boat after each use with 2 simple steps. Winter fishing is great in LKN and I’ll be enjoying it all. Cheers!
