THE GENERAL STORE

I love this place! It's a real country general store. They seem to have anything you you could want, except Hershey's chocolate syrup. Life jackets, boat plugs, beer, Carharrts, steaks, bacon 🥓. Amazing selection. Diesel and non-ethanol fuel available, too. And they aren't cheap, but they're competitive with everyone else in the area. Local people, too.

If small town friendly service was a store this would be it. From feed to steaks they have it. Friendly helpful staff and great service

They have so many things there!! I would rather pay a little extra than drive to Mooresville!

Your one stop shop. They have a full grocery, butcher shop & and a full hardware store. Stay is friendly and always willing to help. One of my favorite places to stop when I need just about anything.

Always the same familiar smiling faces with a gentleman to hold the door open for you. Great meat market and well stocked. The Ace hardware store is connected and very convenient.

This store is awesome. And I buy all my yard and home needs here. They even have Carhardt shorts and socks. If hate box stores, and want to support your local community, then go to this store as much as you can.

This place is a haven for the country folk in the area. It has plenty of food and drink options as well as other homely items one might need such as cleaning products and animal products. There is a hardware area with plenty of equipment and items you can buy. This truly is the ultimate general store.

Great local store. Has practically everything and propane gas filling too. 👍

They have everything!! My generator went on the bad side and where else can you pick up a spark plug at 8:00 in the morning

So far they've had everything I've needed from paint rollers, to hdmi cord, to any snacks or food we crave. The people who work there were very helpful and kind as well

Clearly whoever posted the pic up top saying "worse store ever" doesn't know this store and the crew that runs the General Store. They are Amazing and work hard to provide a clean store and great products. The Hardware store attached is also very convienent and has most anything you need and at a fair price. Love this place!!!!

This is a pretty nice store located right next to Cross Country camp ground. It's really a nice store specially for the residents and guest at the camp ground. They have most all grocery store essentials, convenience items(drinks snacks, etc.) Nice store and respectful employees.

The General Store is a one stop shop. From gas to the best steaks in town , it's here. Friendly staff and if they don't have it , Eddie the guy Will try to find it for you. Stop by and say hello.

I cannot believe the negative reviews! This place is awesome. They have so much stuff I could spend an hour just looking around. Prices were good. It's a 1 stop shop for sure. Employees were kind and courteous.

Love this old place. There's not too many old stores around now a days. Homely feel. Great staff. Very handy little store and hardware.

Not sure why people have left negative reviews. I always have good experiences here. Has just about everything you need at reasonable prices and has the best meat in the area by far. I always go here for hardware and propane, and they have cheaper beer than grocery stores and convenience chains.
