Highway Tire has been handling any and all of my family’s five vehicles problems for 10 years. They are reasonably priced and have absolutely phenomenal service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great repair shop. Very friendly staff. Did a quality job on my Hyundai brakes. Love their local shuttle service. Only have one car, so the ride home was really appreciated. Picked me up, too. Will return for any additional service needs.

Interestingly, I was getting one of my cars worked on when Adam’s incident happened (recent 1-star complaint). Scott and his team were firm and handled a horribly difficult situation very well! Thankfully, the sheriff arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and immediately escorted Adam out of the building. The way Scott acted earned my trust and respect to an even greater degree!

I’ve been going here for several years and love them! This place is family owned and operated, and I trust Scott, Robin, Morgan and the rest of the crew emphatically! They are knowledgeable, honest, fair, and professional!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Found out my cabin air filter had previously been inserted upside down. Replaced with no problem. Great family owned business! Great prices!

I had tire rotation & balance brakes & a wheel bearing replaced. Very friendly & professional staff. Great prices! They even took me home & picked me up when the job was done. They will be my go to if I need anything for my Truck. I definitely recommend them.

Awesome service! This morning, I took my car to a different shop where I had gotten new tires and alignment so I thought. I picked up my car and it was pulling more to the right then it was before. I took my car back to the shop where I got it aligned, the guy drove my car down the road and told me it was driving fine. I am not an expert but something isn't right. A friend of my recommended highway tire. I brought it to them and come to find out my car was not aligned at all. Thank you Highway Tire! I will definitely be back (with the mini) and will recommend you guys. Love the family atmosphere.

They are always friendly. Quality of their work it top notch. I'm picky about who works on my vehicles. There are a lot of back yard mechanics out there. Taking short cuts and using cheap parts. NOT THESE GUYS! They do the job right and the way it should be done, the first time.

There are very few repair shops I feel comfortable with just giving them the keys and saying "Do whatever it needs. Call me when you are done.". When you can find a repair shop you can trust this much. . .

You are not going to believe how good this service is. I have been trusting them with a variety of issues on three vehicles since March, 2016. Way beyond tires and standard maintenance, their diagnostic and repair work has been flawless. They are crystal clear with you about what needs to be done and why. I've spent fifty years of driving and servicing vehicles and their prices are totally fair. They like their work. They like people. It's a pleasure to be there. They have a GREAT DOG.

My elderly parents traveled into town for an appointment and had a breakdown, leaving them without transportation. They were worried that the engine problem was critical. The folks at Highway Tire Auto & Lube were nice enough to fit them in for a quick diagnoses and repair at a fair price. This is the second time they have delivered great service at a reasonable price.

Very pleasant and efficient business to work with

I stopped by the shop because my low pressure tire light was on and I had to take a long trip the next day. I want to make sure there is no puncture of the tires with a slow leak. This is my first time to this shop because it is close to our lake house at Lake Norman. The check in process was fast and the inspection of the tire was no more than 15 minutes all together. I was told all is well except the tires had very low pressure and the dealer I went to service just didn't check my tire pressure at all that resulted in such low pressure. Now the reason I write this review is because the shop refused to charge me for this service because they didn't think they did enough work to charge me. I insisted to pay because I am a small business owner for many years and I know business has a cost to keep open. They insisted it was free of charge. So I am here to highly recommend this shop not just because they didn't charge me as much as the service was fast and good. It is also a very smart business to earn goodwill with customers by not charging even though they did spend time and material for my simple problem. It shows they are honest and very customer focus. I am a business owner and I know a good business when I see one.

I have always had a good experience with Highway Tire. It is great to work with an honest mechanic and one that cares about their customers. They are always professional and communicate really well. I appreciate their help in bringing a truck I purchased back to life.

Scott and the rest of the crew are the absolute best. My wife and I moved down to NC a few months back and have been taking our cars here since and will not go anywhere else. They are friendly, very knowlegable, fair, and most importantly trustworthy. We highly recommend Highway Tire and lube to anyone for a simple oil change to extensive work. Scott and Robin run this as a family business, so it only makes sense that they treat you like family when you come into their shop. I've found that Scott is very knowledgeable, especially on Ford vehicles, and they take the time to explain what they found or did to fix it. I take me company fleet vehicle there for oil changes and all my personal vehicles for inspections and maintenance. In addition to first rate customer service, they also give back to the community. If you've never been, it's time to go there!

Very friendly staff, the shuttle service was an unexpected perk as I only had the one vehicle and would have had to pay for an uber otherwise.
