I have been going to Welk's for a number of years, always very pleased with their straightforward, honest service. Welk's hasn't missed a step since changing ownership a few years back, nor since changing location. They recently were able to help save a family road trip, as two days before we were to leave my AC suddenly failed. A quick call to Luis, the owner, and he got my vehicle in and repaired in short order. These guys are terrific.

Traveling through the area and needed help disconnecting a snow plow and loading it in the bed of my truck. They came up with a way to do it and helped me out right away so i could get on the road. Highly recommend them!

I have a 2012 GMC with 262,000 miles I can just not get rid of. The lifter’s collapsed and the entire top of the engine needed to be repaired. Luis and his crew (John specifically) we’re outstanding! They were up front about the repair needed, nothing was hidden. There was a small parts snafu in the beginning that Luis was very transparent about and rectified it immediately. He he pricing I get was fair for the amount of work being done. Luis offered a loaner to me that was clean and ran well, free of charge. Over all I would highly recommend Welks for vehicle maintenance. I will be back with my family’s cars as well!

World Class! The only place in Milwaukee I trust to service my car. Luis is always very nice and fair. He even sends me a text when my car is up for an oil change. Highly recommend Welk’s.

Quality work, reasonable price, and very easy to work with. The quote that was based on just an error code and a description over the phone was fairly accurate, and there was great communication from Welk's as they learned more once they got hands on.

I was referred by a friend and I would highly recommend Welks Automotive! Luis was professional, very knowledgeable and received excellent customer service. My son's car axle broke and we were informed of the cost and time frame of repair. The turnaround time of the repair was quick. Excellent quality service all around will be recommending to family and friends.

Our van blew out antifreeze hoses on the highway on our trip to the Trump Rally. Thank God we pulled into here to assess the situation why the van was smoking and leaking. They squeezed us in, and had us back on the road, and we made it to the rally just in time. We highly recommend Welk's Automotive Service!!! Such an awesome, and caring buisness. ❤

I was passing through from out of town and stopped to get gas. After filling up my car failed to start. I went into Welk’s and Luis and his team promptly tested my battery—it needed replacement. They ordered a battery and within 20 min had the battery at the shop and installed it quickly and I was on my way. Not only was the service great, but the cost for the install and battery was very reasonable. Thanks!

Luis at Welk’s was amazing! He fit me in at the last minute before a short road trip to Minneapolis and did everything possible to make a safe ride for me. It was so nice and easy to have a tuned up car! Thanks so much!

Welks Auto is top notch! Luis is such a great owner and so helpful! He dealt with my auto warranty holder and got everything figured out with me having to do nothing! Just an FYI.. WELKS is moving to 76th and Layton where Monro auto used to be. Great service and very helpful. I've been a customer for years. Still one of the best Auto Garages in Greenfield. I will continue to take my vehicles there!

So I’ve been going to Welk’s for the last 5 years. As of recently they’ve gone under new management and I have to say I really felt that they took care of me. They took care of the problem I had and I feel I got a good deal. I’ve had 2 follow ups on the service to make sure their work was done to my satisfaction. I honestly have never had any auto shop work care as much as Welk’s has. I will definitely be coming back for any and all my auto repair needs! Thanks You! I just moved to the area near Southridge Mall and my wipers weren't workking on my car. I called Welk's and Luis answered the phone. After describing the problem, he said it could be the wiper transmission and he would order the part just in case. So next day I drove it into the shop. Carlos worked on it immediately. He fixed the problem without having to install the part and did not charge me for his time. He also did an oil change and did it so fast!! Luis and Carlos were so nice to me and everyone who stopped in while I was waiting. I definitely will use them for all my car needs and recommend them highly!

I took my car there to have work done in an oil leak. Turned out it was a transmission leak. I am not a mechanic as you can see. They were very informative and showed me under the car what was happening. The staff is very kind and really took time with my questions. The price was reasonable for what was done. I am very happy with Welk's and will be going back for maintenance and any other things that comes up with my car. I even got a text message asking me how the car was. Who does that in this day and age. It was very refreshing. It is nice to have a place that I can trust.

Very friendly staff and super helpful. Walked me through each piece that needed to be replaced and why. Explained the lifetime warranty on one of the parts and the 3 year warranty on the other parts. Very thorough job and I felt very informed. Highly recommend.

Welk's Automotive is officially my go to repair shop. They replaced a wheel bearing/wheel speed sensor at a fair price with a quick turnaround. I've had this repair done once before by my old mechanic (retired now). At that time, years ago, I was warned this repair would be needed again since only one side was replaced. When I saw the symptoms and reached out to Welk's, Luis treated me just like my old mechanic (respectful, professional, and kind). They gave me a quote that was a little less than I expected (which was great). It was all around a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this mechanic!

I had a great experience! Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Prices were extremely reasonable and lower than other places I went for estimates. They communicated often with me and my car was fixed quickly as well. I will continue to bring my cars to be fixed here! I highly recommend!
