Sue Buchwald and the team over at MasterTax have always done an excellent job! Very reasonable costs, without sacrificing thoroughness, accuracy and helpful advice. I have gone with MasterTax for years and will continue to do so going forward.

I was referred to Sue from my HS teacher when I inquired on FB. I trust him and took is recommendation. It's been about 7+ years. My Son & Daughter use MasterTax now. I'm very happy. I am the type that dróps my docs off and picks up when they are done, I've never set an in person appt. that is why I gave 4 stars vs 5. The pricing is fair and when I email I always get a promotion response, if I've left messages I get a call back as well. I would recommend MaterTax!

People were nice but just too busy for new clients. Email questions were never responded too and any type of follow up from a phone call or email took 9 plus days. Heard great things about them so just disappointed in how they treat new clients, regardless of busy season or not. Ended up taking my taxes elsewhere after a month of constant waiting on them.

Been going here for awhile but recently have had some very annoying problems with them... First off when trying to get in contact with them it took them over a month to even respond back to my call or get any of the accountants to talk to me, it was only after I called 6 times and one month later that I got a response back. Once they did contact me they told me they couldn’t do my taxes due to their own personal feelings. Will be taking business elsewhere, only positive thing I can say was the receptionist was always polite and actually trying to get things done.

I do not appreciate being lied to regarding CDC COVID guidelines. When going to sign my taxes, I noticed no employees wearing masks or keeping social distance. They clearly do not think the virus is real and should stop lying to customers on their website. If you or your loved ones are at greater risk for COVID complications , do not go to mastertax.
