Richardson Street Garage

We always park at Richardson street garage when visiting Greenville. We never had issues finding available parking spots. Central location in downtown near Main Street and you can walk to restaurants, Farmers Market (held on Saturday morning) and Falls Park. It is always clean and feels safe. Nice views from the rooftop.

It is FREE on the weekends.

Perfect place to park on the weekends for free. Nice views of the city on the top floor!

I love the fact that parking is free here on the weekends. The location is perfect if you plan on going out downtown anywhere and you can always find parking.

Affordable, easily assessable, and well lit.
One of the elevators is currently out but if you walk to the other side of the garage you can ride down the opposite elevator if you have a stroller or wheelchair.

Very easy in & out location. Used it for Kenny Chesney concert recently and it was only $5.
Be aware you can't back into a parking space. Several folks got warnings for doing such. Supposedly there were posted signs about it but didn't see them. Would park there again.

Parking garage right behind Main Street! Great location and a fantastic view if you park on the top floor! Parking was free for the first hour and they have free event/weekend parking!

Never fails me. Easy in and out. Gets you where you want to go if you have to park your car for a quick lunch, hop into one of the cool shops nearby.

Good place to park for exploring downtown Greenville. It will put you at One Square where Mast General Store and Tupelo Honey are. The fee is very reasonable, I haven't paid more than $5 to park. Sometimes it free.

Best garage downtown with free parking for one hour during the week. Perfect for going there to walk your dog or grab lunch.

My favorite parking garage in downtown Greenville. Clean, convenient, & there’s always plenty of spots. Location is great! Right behind the Mast General Store/Tupelo Honey/Anthropologie. PLUS it’s usually free on weekends!

Free on weekends. Just watch out, cops sit on the rooftop waiting for loud cars. Greenville is really cracking down on noise ordinance and it's a $1000 fine.

This is where I park almost any time I go downtown. The location is perfect and it feels like the main attractions downtown are all within a short walking distance. If you use this garage, take a few minutes at sunset to go up to the very top of the building to see how beautiful the view is.

Nice place to park your car out of the rain

This parking garage is the most centrally located in downtown Greenville and very easy to get in and out of. There are bathrooms at the bottom, two sets of elevators and steps. It’s decent clean but the area gets a little sketchy late at night

Richardson Street Garage is easy to navigate and feels secure. The parking is also free here on the weekends. With its proximity to Main Street, it is my go-to place to park downtown. The elevator is also a nice touch. You can catch a great view of Greenville's downtown from the top of the garage as well.
