Absolutely stunning view of the waterfall! It’s beautiful any season of the year. The water level changes a lot depending if we had any rain recently. The pedestrian bridge is pretty wide so even if it gets busy with visitors it is still enough space. If you are coming to Greenville this is a must place to visit!

If ever near Greenville, SC, definitely stop by and see the Liberty Bridge and Park! Located in the downtown, it is bisected by a wooded valley park containing the falls of the Reedy River. The bridge and park are located just downstream from this group of waterfalls, replacing a six-lane highway bridge that was demolished to improve the visibility and accessibility to the falls and adjacent park.

The bridge has a curved clear span over the river that curves away from the falls, providing visitors with an aerial amphitheater from which to view the cascading water. The link gently slopes into the ravine and is supported by twin inclined towers and a single suspension cable with thin cable suspenders only on the side away from the falls, allowing for unobstructed views.

The bridge, with a total length of approximately 345 ft. and a clear span of 200 ft. , appears to float over the landscape. The twin towers and suspension cable are visible from vantage points around the city, calling attention and drawing visitors to the public park, falls and river.

The city of Greenville is a beautiful city and at least when we were there was a safe place to walk around in for souvenirs and food. Hopefully that hasn't changed. There are numerous restaurants in the area too!

This bridge is so amazing. It is a single side suspension. So facing the falls you have an unobstructed view. Photos opportunities abound. It's nice in today's day and age to have communities designing things to enjoy nature instead of covering it up. CAUTION the bring does tend to bounce a bit so if you have vertigo like concerns be aware. It's noticeable but not bad.

This place is so beautiful, the suspension bridge lights up at night but is still pretty cool so see in the day. I would recommend coding here and downtown / falls park if you are coming to Greenville. Additionally there are many places to eat and relax along the way.

Beautiful place to gaze at the river, day or night. Lodging and dining at either end. We went to the Grand Bohemian for drinks on their porch to continue watching the river.

Absolutely beautiful waterfall that can be seen from multiple positions. It’s also useful to cross the river so i don’t get my feet wet. 10/10 would cross again

Beautiful place. Lovely atmosphere all around and what beautiful scenery. People were out jogging with their pets and it was just a magical memorable day.

Great place to come for a walk. Beautiful view and very relaxing. Definitely a place where you can enjoy the outdoors while being steps away from downtown with so many places to shop and eat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

A must see for anyone visiting downtown Greenville. Perfect location where it looks over the river. Breathtaking views in the heart of the city. Several dining options nearby for an afternoon stroll. The sound of the water rushing under the bridge and the amazing view will bring you back.

I've been exercised and trained for so many sport events the past 8-9 years at this location. It's the site and scene that myself and those who trained with me familiar with. I've never really thinking about taking pictures until today. The purpose is to capture my morning time exposures while stretching and warm up exercises. The view is spectacularly peaceful and charming.

The Liberty Bridge is in the Falls Park on the Reedy in Downtown Greenville. This park is absolutely beautiful. The pedestrian bridge is a unique curved bridge, 345 ft long, 12 ft wide and supported by a single suspension cable. It is the only one like it in the United States. Walking across the bridge, the view of the waterfall is spectacular! It is amazing to have this much beauty in the middle of a busy downtown!

Beautiful view of the falls and access to the gardens and the west district. Just as we got to the bridge, a red tailed hawk flew overhead and lit in a tree.

You really have to enjoy this marvel!
Of course the downside was people travel as if they live in the UK and can seem to figure out stopping in the flow is conducive to an enjoyable experience.

Liberty Bridge offers great views of the falls! Nice paved paths are on both sides, with lots of places to sit, swing, or picnic. This is an iconic must see in downtown.
