Professional, responsive and have used them for all of our appliance needs inside and outside for years! My indoor and outdoor kitchens function well and look fantastic! Terri has been exceptional to work with on a number of projects.

We had the best experience with Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World. We ordered our washer/dryer and refrigerator several weeks before moving to our new home. They were able to keep it in the warehouse until installation day. Terri was super helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Stephen and his team arrived with the appliances for installation during the time frame we were given. This was such a seamless process. Would highly recommend this great business.

Terri was awesome. The ongoing shortages of appliances has been miserable. Distinctive Kitchens was not only able to get me a better price for our new slide in range. But they were able to check the delivery pipeline and provide hard details on when to expect the range. The time moved around a LOT but Terri was glad to keep tabs on it for us. The range actually arrived earlier than expected - in time for installation in our kitchen remodel.

I called Terri back when it was time to make a decision on range hoods, and she made some great recommendations.

You are also going to get a better price on extended warranties through Distinctive Kitchens - we purchased one for our Range.

Rennovating, or Building- you must put Appliance World on your list. They are personable, knowlegable, fair and interested in your project. I couldn't have asked for better service. This was my second time around! Thanks Terri!

I had a very urgent need to replace a fridge that unexpectedly broke. In an environment where finding high end refrigerators "in stock" is a nightmare, they were SUPER helpful. They worked with me on my requirements, their stock and even worked VERY hard to find a time to make this install happen ASAP. The install itself was great. I've had a few big-box deliveries lately and they prioritize speed. The Appliance World people communicated well, took their time and even helped relocate my old fridge to the garage to be repaired. The installer and I spoke a lot and he was very informative and lovely to talk with. I even got some great restaurant recommendations. They will be doing ALL my appliance needs from now on. 5 stars for sure!

Our dishwasher had died & my 93 & 90 yr old parents were in a dither! Did online shopping, looking at the big box stores & Distinctive Kitchen. Big boxes couldn't deliver for 3 to 4 wks! I chatted with Terri about different GE models they had in stock & she was very, very helpful! The big plus was the dishwasher could be installed in 2 days! We are very happy repeat customers! We originally bought our kitchen appliances from Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World over 20 years ago and returned when renovating in 2021. Terri was very knowledgeable, honest and professional when helping us select a JennAir package. She was forthcoming with expected delivery/installation updates that are a bit challenging for everyone during a pandemic. Had a great experience getting a new range, which was in contrast to the awful customer service at Ferguson. Working with Terri was fast and easy. If you're in need of a new appliance, do not go to Ferguson. Just go straight to Distinctive Kitchen. You'll deal with a lot less frustration.

The mark of a quality seller is how they handle things when there's a problem. We purchased a Jenn-air slide-in range from Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World. When it arrived the installer immediately realized that the dimensions would make it protrude in a way to block access to kitchen drawers. I called Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World and they could not have been nicer about accepting a return with no expense to me even though I'm sure they must have had to absorb the cost of the installer coming out to my property. This is a first-class operation. Great products, great variety, super service before and after sales AND they come through when things go wrong. I'd recommend them to anyone shopping for an appliance.

Sometimes you only really find out what a company, and the people that work there, are like when there's an issue, and it's often not positive. However, I can state unequivocally that the excellent service you get initially from Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World extends to the resolution of any issues. Through no fault of theirs, there was a problem with my order and they went above and beyond to rectify it. Terri was fantastic to work with throughout the process. We'll definitely be back.

Terri was fantastic. She was great helping us make decisions before we ordered. She provided regular updates on where things were while we waited for appliances to come in. And when something arrived slightly damaged, she arranged a rush shipment of a replacement. I couldn't ask for better, nicer, more attentive service.

We had been jerked around by Wayfair and Appliance Connection - our "dream" oven delivery date kept getting pushed back and pushed back. Distinctive Kitchen helped us find the right fit for our family and delivered within a few weeks - not months - and we absolutely love the oven. Excellent customer service. Don't go with the "big box" Internet sites - trust these folks with your appliance purchases!

Awesome company to work with for appliances. We had a horrendous experience with another company in getting our oven and came to Terri to see if she could help us. Our oven was in and installed within 3 months. She is a TRUE miracle worker.

Had a great experience with distinctive kitchen. Our dishwasher pump died and we were having trouble finding a new dishwasher. We wanted to replace our builder grade Maytag with a Miele but had a lot of trouble finding one as appliance are hard to come by right now. Ashley was super helpful both over the phone in letting us know which models they had in stock before we came out there and then in person showing us the features. Install was super fast (less than a week). The installer (who manages the showroom) showed us how the new washer worked and made sure we were all set and ready to go... all questions answered... before he left. Overall, highly recommend. I will definitely look back to them the next time we need an appliance (although I hope that wont be soon b/c I dont want another appliance dying anytime in the near future).
