The doctor is gental, and loving, my kids seen how they card snuff to make them Comfortable. My baby girl said mom she did a great job on me I like her she said. And thank you doc.

Pleasantburg Family Dental has been a God send for my 12 year old. DR.Duke is amazing. The most caring and knowledgeable dentist I have encountered. She made my daughter so comfortable. She put my mind at ease with the work my girl needs done. I was in total panic when I walked in. Her assistant was was just as wonderful as she was. I hate I can't remember his name but he rocks. I would no doubt recommend them to anyone.

I take my 1 year old (20m) here. He’s been 2 times so far and they treat him with such care and they take my comfortability into account. I recommend 10/10. He is comfortable with them and so am I.

After calling a million places that didn't accept my insurance, a local mom suggested this place. The entire process and staff was helpful and super nice. The nicest dentist I've ever had. Clean atmosphere, large pediatric area. They took their time, understood my concerns and gave me a break down of all charges honestly. They also work with special needs kids! I will definitely be back, keep up the good work.

My children and I are new to the practice and we see Dr. Dukes. After being at our last practice for so long it has been hard to find good healthcare, especially with our insurance. We have been to Dr. Dukes and the practice twice now and have been impressed both times. Everyone in the practice is very friendly, Dr. Dukes is an absolute sweetheart, we haven't had to wait long, and I feel like they are taking very good care of our dental needs! I have horrible gum recession which causes a lot of sensitivity and Dr. Dukes was very gentle and took her time cleaning my teeth. She also referred me to someone I'm hoping can help me out with that! Overall, very pleased with our family's dentistry and will remain patients here! Strongly recommend.

They got my daughter in within minutes and even made time to fix some problems she had so she wouldn’t be in pain any longer. Every person she came in contact with was amazing and very caring! She was anxious for her procedure and they kept her calm and she was all smiles when we left!! This place is amazing with kids especially after we had a horrible experience with a different dental office just 2 days prior! So glad we found them and went with them!

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We were in and out in 45 minutes. My 8 yr old was completely comfortable and the dentist takes the time to speak to the parents if there is an issue.

Nyla was real nervous and the doctors was so patient and kind to her and the assistant as well very good people thanks for taking care of Nyla did a great job

Took my 7 year old for her first official cleaning and xrays. They were amazing and so thorough and made sure we were well informed about everything. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I will be taking my 2 younger kids there as well.

The wait was a little long, but that’s not all the time, they are usually accurate…However the staff is very friendly and considerate to your needs and so are the Doctors as well and patient.. So I highly recommend you go check them out..

Great customer service! Everyone was very polite. Every time I meant with an employee they asked me did I have any questions and wanted to make sure I understood everything that was being done as well as told. Made me feel very welcomed.Loved the fact that I wasn't waiting for a long period of time to be seen. I was seen right away. Best dentistry I've been to in years!

We took our autistic son to get a deep cleaning done. It was his first dental experience and all the staff was amazing! He was scared at first but everyone was so encouraging and nice to him that he overcame his fear and calmed down. After the visit we asked him if he would go back the next day and he said “yes”. In our family this is a big win! Thank you so much!

Went first my daughters first dentist appointment . I set an appointment online. That process was very easy. Checking in was as well. The staff was very friend and also enjoyed the children they were cleaning. Also made sure my child had a great experience at the dentist. Will be going back

We got back in a timely manner and had good service. The dentist was very pleasant and the hygienist did a great job with my sons cleaning.

They took my daughter in as a emergency appointment! I could not find anyone else that would take same day appointments , the doctor was great and the whole experience was calming . The doctor finished in a timely manner ( even though she had to work through her lunch ) cant thank her enough !!! What a positive attitude ! Would definitely come back .

I been trying to find a dentist that works with our insurance and been looking for 2 months. Went to Aspen dental will never go there again. They didn't acknowledge my daughter had a cavity. They wouldn't tell me on the phone that they didn't accept our insurance. We wasted our time. After visiting Pleasantburg dentist we were very happy with the results. They also took time to listen to our needs. Im very happy with this place. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for making my daughters visit a pleasant one.

I had an appointment today at Pleasantburg Family Dentist. Everyone was polite and professional. They made me feel comfortable from check in to check out. I just went in for a cleaning which was an good experience. Dr Floyd and team even addressed other concerns I had with care and a referral. I will definitely be back!!
