Downtown Dental

First visit did not disappoint. The building was gorgeous and waiting room was inviting with comfy chairs. Staff were friendly from the front to the back. Office was familiar with my insurance and answered all my questions. The dentist took his time during the exam and explained next steps in an understanding way. The outside view from the dental chair and large monitors were a nice distraction, especially for those nervous about visiting the dentist. This office is a 30-minute drive from my house but is definitely worth it. Can't wait to go back!

I have been seeing Dr. Kenna for over 15yrs. Let’s face it, no one looks forward to a dental appointment! But when you have to go Downtown Dental is the place. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. All the staff are fantastic. Alyssa is an excellent hygienist. Gentle,thorough and fast. Best dentist in the upstate!!!!

This was my first visit to Downtown Dental. Being new to the area, I checked for reviews and these folks received rave reviews. I requested an appointment earlier this week as I was experiencing tooth pain which I thought was related to TMJ syndrome but wanted to make sure it was not from a decayed tooth. I was given an appointment two days later, which was this afternoon. The first thing to notice when coming into the office is how lovely and comfortable it is. More like a living room than a dental office! The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. I was seen at my appointment time, first by the dental assistant and then by Dr. Trey. Both were friendly and respectful, answering my questions thoroughly. After doing an exam Dr. Trey determined that my night guard was not fitting correctly so he was able to file it down so now I can wear it again. Thank you so much Dr. Trey and staff for all your help… and smiles too!

Love this dentist office -- from Dr. Kenna to Eva to Emily to Nikita--they are all wonderful -- highly skilled, very personable, delightful (believe it -- going to a dentist office can be delightful). There are others there I don't know, but my experience usually involves those mentioned above -- and they're the best!

I actually like going to the Dentist now that I'm a patient at Downtown Dental! The receptionist is friendly, informative and welcoming. Alyssa is the most careful and thorough hygienist I've ever had, and Dr. Kenna's treatment gives me the confidence I need in my dental care. I can't provide enough positive feedback about the entire DD team!

Great experience ! From the front desk all the way to Dr. Kenna. Ryan was my dental assistant and she was so personable and sweet! I always hate going to the dentist bc it gives me a lot of anxiety, but this team is great!!!

It is always a great experience and each time I leave very impressed with the facilities and staff. From the receptionist through the examination with Dr Kenna, everyone is both friendly and professional. My new hygienist, Amanda, did a wonderful job and was a joy to visit with. I highly recommend Downtown Denistry.

This is the best dental group I've been to since i moved here 14 years ago. Dr. Kenna and his staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had an urgent need on a Friday and although they were booked, they worked me in for the same day. I highly recommend Downtown Dental!!

Having found Downtown Dental has made our life here in Greenville a much easier and enjoyable experience. Nobody wants to go to the dentist but this practice of dentistry is a positive. Recommended highly by both my wife and I.

This is her second appointment and the entire staff is always friendly, fast, and thorough. We enjoy coming to Downtown Dental and know that we can trust them with our family’s dental needs.

Downtown Dental is fantastic!!!! Dr Kenna is thorough and takes time to explain what he’s doing, and I don’t feel like I’m talking to a salesman (which a lot of dentists do). All of the staff are polite and friendly, from the hygenist, to the front desk staff…. Top notch. I highly recommend Downtown Dental.

My dental appointment was, as usual, very pleasant. The hygienist and dentist were both excellent in personality and work. I am 86 years old and happy to follow their instructions for the next six months until my next appointment. I highly recommend Downtown Dental as the best group I have every been with. Oh, and the front office ladies are charming and always know my name as they greet with a smile. Can't beat this group!

The office is very comfortable and clean. The staff is top notch. My cleaning appointment went smoothly. I understood and was kept updated on every step. Great Hygienist. She was excellent at her work. The chair was a nice touch with a soft massage...helped with nerves. And of course the TV on ceiling is great. I am happy with my Doctor too and will coming back for future care.

Had a cavity under an old cap. Dr Kenna had it cleaned out and a new cap on order in about an hour. No pain, just a friendly visit. It's also a beautiful office, so a nice place to be while having the work done.

This is the best Dentist I have ever been to. I believe my dental hygienist was Rebekah both times I've been, and she is so knowledgeable and gentle! Probably the most gentle hygienist I've ever had. Great team, great Dentist. I'd recommend them to anyone.
