Pilot Travel Center

Pretty nice gas station, with a friendly staff and large selection. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Located conveniently next to a few restaurants as well, including a Wendy's inside the Pilot.

I must have hit this pilot at the perfect time. The ladies that were working were very friendly with a sense of humor. Look forward to visiting this location again

Just noticed the price for their pizza 5 bucks omg yeah I'll just eat at subway sheez that's crazy but nice rest stop to fill up .

I was actually doordashing when I received an order for a pizza at this pilot this place is always been very friendly and helpful an extremely nice most of all their store inside and out is always super clean including the bathrooms they are always clean and smelling fresh that's why I keep coming back here but today they gave me a pizza because I wanted to try out how their doordash system would work so a lady named Tiffany M put an order in and gave me a pizza what they didn't know was I was down on my luck and having a hard time and hadn't eaten yet this morning so shout out to Tiffany m you're awesome all of you here are keep up the amazing job!!

Very open set-up with wide aisles and a great variety of goods for the traveler. A big display of Stuckey's treats caught my eye. Clean restrooms, friendly staff. There's a Wendy's right next door so you can gas up, potty up and pick up a hot lunch or supper in one quick stop.

This location is clean and well stocked. Employees are nice. Truck parking can get a little rough because people don’t care if they’re blocking the pumps, road or eachother. The 5 stars is for the woman manager at 6 am who was willing to help getting people to move when the others wouldn’t. We appreciate her.

They added self checkout since I was here last. The coffee is still good the donuts are as well. Fuel is a bit higher than other places. Bathroom clean and the floors are all clean

This is the first time I've been here since Pilot bought out Hess Wilco! They are doing just a good of a job as them!

Staff were super friendly! They exchanged a torch lighter out for me. I had purchased the night before but did not realize the trigger lock for the flame did not work.
Stopped by the store on my way home the next morning and they took the lighter back with no problem and swapped out for another.
I was expecting a hassle because I couldn't find my receipt for the purchase of the lighter the night before.
There was no hassle, no fuss, no undue stress..... Just the swift exchange of the lighter and I was out the door and on my way!
My thanks to a wonderful crew!

It's been about 5 years since my last visit. Tony was the face I recognized still on the job. New counters and set up throughout. My shower was good but not 6'5 and taller friendly. Great coffee and nice place to stop.

4/4/23 I have returned to find that remodeling has been done and completed throughout this location. I showered standing completely up without stooping! Money was well spent on the upgrades. Thank you Pilot/Flying J!

I have never praised a pilot, but this one I actually liked. Plenty of stalls in Restrooms. Clean . Parking a little small but good layout even for a Multi Axle.

Don’t park your semi on the street you’ll get a ticket. Pay it and have a nice day.

Ray and his staff are helpful and personable. The coffee is hot and fresh and donuts as well. Busy place to constantly monitor the restrooms. Mention something needs attention and it will be taken care of immediately. Great stopping spot.

Love the Pilot Travel Center's. Always a great deal on gas. They Carry tons of different items and food inside their stores. The Restrooms have always been clean when I've been in there. The Store itself has always been clean. The staff has always been great as well.

I can't thank the staff at this location enough! I left my purse and it was returned to me without one thing missing. The staff was comforting and caring. I was on vacation and wouldn't have been able to fly home without my license. I wish I could rate this location 10 stars! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I offered to leave cash for the staff and it was refused. There are still good people in this world. Thank you Pilot employees. I hope corporate knows how lucky they are to have such a wonderful staff. I will always remember how kind and honest the people of Tennessee are. Thank you again!

A lot of people roll through this Pilot, but the restrooms are clean and the coffee is hot. Very courteous and nice folks working up front at the checkouts. Prices are competitive and there’s a good selection of merchandise and equipment on hand.
