I too was very skeptical after reading so many 1 star reviews and all the negative things people said. However, I took a gamble and order all new struts and shocks for my truck. They came doubled boxed packaged and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Installed as should and now my truck drives like new again. Newparts were cheaper as well than their competitors. I would give them a try again if I need to.

Delco Coils [ for Lexus RX 350 & Hyundai Elantra GT ] were Original and of very good quality. Best price i could find online. The coils did not seem to have dielectric grease or if they had, it was not visible - so i bought a small tube of it from the local auto store. Highly recommended that you use dielectric grease when installing coils [ where the coil meets the spark plug ].

All new hose "set"... with expansion block & pressure switch & compressor seal kit. Perfect "OEM" form and fitment... OUTSTANDING VALUE !!! I Will Buy again for sure. And i highly recommend "Newparts".

GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE BORDERLINE SCAMMY, AND WILL TAKE MULTIPLE WEEKS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

EDIT: I did end up getting the refund after 6 weeks, even though this was unacceptable, ive ordered many times from this site with no issues so i gave 5 star review now.

I have ordered a few times and have had a good experience each time. On the one time something went awry, I contacted customer service and they were nice and professional and handled my concern promptly. I received my alternator damaged (not their fault) , their customer service prompted me to order a replacement which was delivered the next day. I was sent a label to return the damaged one for a refund which all happened within a week. My last two orders came within a few days and had zero issues. You can't beat their prices, and the times I've needed customer service, they were great!
