The doctor who performed my ultrasound breast biopsy, Dr. Heider, and his assistant, whose name I believe was Kara, were exceptional. I would recommend them, and Prisma Breast Health Center in Greenville, to anyone!! The procedure was pain-free, I had no bruising, and no soreness afterwards. Also the room was very comfortable with soft lighting, relaxing music, and a homey atmosphere. Thank you for a carefree visit and speedy test results. Every staff member I spoke to was professional and kind.

Dr. Cornett is an amazing surgeon and just a wonderful human being. You can tell she loves what she does and it radiates from her every single time I’ve seen her. She always comes in to my appointments having already read up on my chart. She has done two of my surgeries and each one was a pretty easy recovery. I felt 100% at ease and very blessed knowing she was my surgeon. I know she is such a blessing to each and every woman she comes into contact with. Thank you so much!

Dr. Allgood and the radiologist were great. The ultrasound tech was kind and thorough. All the other employees were helpful. I was very impressed.

Both the mammogram and ultrasound technicians were very friendly and thorough. The mammogram itself was painless. I had a good experience today.

I give them a 1 for the on call doctor. If I could give a 0 I would. On call doctor this weekend is useless. I went into office Friday as an emergency. Saw a doctor. Was prescribed some antibiotics and was told to call on call if the place erupted. It halfway erupted. I called on call and the doctor said that because it’s Sunday there’s nothing he can do. Mind you, I have a hole as deep as my finger nail. This doctor is useless. What’s the point of having an on call doctor if they can’t do anything. Remember now, doctor on Friday told me to call.

Tori was working front desk. I’ll give her a 10 if I could. Tori has always been absolutely wonderful. She’s always so professional and really seems to be concerned for patients. The other lady with Tori seems to be nice. I’ve never dealt with her before. Tori really listens and is very helpful. My doctor was on vacation. They are sending me for test and wanted me to return to see this other doctor. I asked if I could just see my doctor for test results and treatment. Tori was very understanding. I’m telling you. Tori is the best. I really like her a lot. She tries her best to get you seen as soon as possible.

Dr. Allgood gets a 5. Hes so nice and caring. I really respect and trust him with my care. He’s soft spoken, genuine and knowledgeable.

I’ve been a patient for at least 10 years. If Tori and Dr. Allgood left, I would need a new place to go.

My wife was scheduled for a mammogram and ultrasound over the summer. She was told it would take 1 hour, but in reality she was there for almost 3 hours (with lack of communication in waiting room) before getting dressed and trying to walk out, since we had family visiting and a kids swim meet we had to get to. They quickly finished up her appointment since she was fed up enough to just leave. She filed a complaint online for this miserable experience with no response. No one had given us an estimate of costs for this scenario so we later got a bill that was approx. $1200!!!!! Then they duplicated one of the charges (insurance rejected as such) and when we disputed that someone said we'd be refunded in 5-10 days. That never came and during follow up we were told it was determined it's patient responsibility!? Now more disputing over this issue to come. We asked that they discount our $1200 bill for the poor experience and lack of communication on initial cost and after waiting months for them to "investigate" (Aug-Nov) a patient advocate finally said they were not willing to reduce the cost. During that time we filed a grievance to the Joint Commission and only then did someone call me back. I hope they enjoy the $1200 because it's the last money of ours they'll see. Having worked for a hospital system in a different state, I cannot express our deep disgust for how Prisma Health handled our entire experience.

Was there over 2 hrs. Watching other people that came after me be taking in for ultrasound and mammogram while I was just left to wait. When I finally spoke up, they did my ultrasound with an attitude. I had literally came out my mammogram 30 mins prior to 2 other white women and they was called ahead of me for their ultrasound. Ultrasound on breast is ultrasound on breast. Still wondering why I had to speak up and they taking other patients ahead of me. Wonder if it was my insurance, the color of my skin or what?? It’s so hard to get help as a black woman

It was horrible.I had to wait weeks for a appointment. I then had surgery in which the incision became infected. I go back and am seen by a resident who obviously had not reviewed my chart. I am then seen by a doctor. Not the doctor that operated on me. I am diagnosed with a bacterial infection. No culture was done to determine what caused the infection. Day four still infected. Fortunately, I am most certain I have herpes in the incision,so I am taking my herpes medicine. Also sat in a small room fora long time with sweat posting off me and in pain waiting on a antibiotic. The reason for the wait is because they decided to run the stateprescription check on me. I wasn't asking for pain meds but I assume they were being noisy violated my privacy . If the phonepreopnurse had wrote what I told her they would have known what medicines I take and do not take. Also, you have to wait for results, the doctors spend no time with you. They have few four year degree nurses, I am transferring my care. Also, it is wrong that you have no privacy re your prescriptions. I do not feel that it is every providers business the medicines I take.
I would not recommend them. Go to Gibbs Breast health center where you will be treated with dignity and respect. Also, where you won't be treated like your shopping for pain meds .

Came in at 7:30am for an ultrasound, needle biopsy and mammogram before being sent across the street for a lumpectomy. Went in for an ultrasound and they couldn’t find the spot. They said I would then need a biopsy with a mammogram and that it was on my file that I would probably need that in the first place. Was sent to waiting room that went past the time when I was supposed to have surgery because they had to put me in line for the new procedure and put surgery way behind schedule! The first radiologist was rude and abrupt with me!

What’s the point of having an appointment if I have to wait over an hour to be seen

They are very incompetent, I have been waiting 3 weeks just to hear back for an appointment for a biopsy, I have called them numerous times just to be transfered to someone else, what if it was there report they were waiting on , giving someone the scare of your life and continue to make you wait is cruel and unusual punishment
