Kidds Place Sporting Clay/Pistol Range

This a great sporting clays course. The variety of the throwers and the property are excellent. Always had a great interaction with the folks who run it as well. Very friendly and helpful. I’ve also enjoyed using their five stand area as a warm up. Haven’t tried their pistols section but I’m sure it as good as the other areas. Golf carts are available for rent as well. All in all this is my favorite spot in the area.

Definitely stepped up their gane as of late. Lots of fun targets, place is clean, roads are top-notch. I do wish the carts had gun holders, but folks with super nice guns dont use them anyway. Competitive costs, with membership deals. Get your friends together and go shoot a round at Kidds!

The Kidds place for their pistol range was great. They have steel and paper open during week. Which works out great for me because I never know what time I have off to go to the range.I look forward to coming back for the skeet range. The staff at the front desk was awesome. this will be my new go to range!! Thank you very much to the staff at Kidd’s!!

I have been driving by this place for years now and I finally went to see what it was all about and I'm glad I did. So many gun owners like me who like to shoot pistols and shotguns will find everything they need right here at Kidds Place. I was so taking with this place I became an All Access Member my first time shooting there. The folks there are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and ready to show you a fun time and share this incredible property with you. Stop bye and see for yourself, you'll be glad you did.

I have been a member for a long time and I believe it is one of the best clubs in the state. Charlene and her staff do an excellent job of maintaining the grounds and equipment.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location is easy to get to. I shot pistol on paper targets and the metal targets. Was a lot of fun and reasonably priced. They also have shotgun skeet. Check them out. Highly recommend.

I came here with my brother he is an expert and I'm brand new and we both had a great time! Friendly and helpful staff. The place is very nice itself. We did both the 5 stand and pistol range. Love the automatic for bringing the target back and forth. Spacious and easy to navigate. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give 10 stars. This is the best place to clay shoot in town for beginners or experts. They also have a great pistol range. They are friendly and very professional, safety is their up-most priority. They change their clay shooting courses monthly so you always get a new challenge when you come. I would and I do recommend Kidds Place to every who is an avid shooter.

Kidds place is a safe and friendly environment for new and experienced shooters. The sporting clays course is always configured with some "card filler" (easier) shots, and enough technical birds to challenge anyone. The pistol pit is setup well, with quite a few lanes to ensure availability. Tom and his staff are super nice, and always welcoming. Great place!

Great place for family and shooting

Great place to learn shooting Sporting Clays for a beginner and the course has enough options to make it challenging for a seasoned shooter. The owner, Tom Kidd, and his staff are very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure you have a good time on the course or the 5 stand set up behind the club house. I highly recommend Kidds place for a great experience. The club house is nicely set up and very clean with a well stocked pro shop area that has very reasonable prices. Be sure to make friends with Layla the dog during your visit, it won't take long!!!!

Kidd’s Place is a great place for some fun. The staff is very friendly and committed to showing you the best time. The grounds & facilities are beautiful and suited for families, pro shooters, and beginners alike. If you have never shot clays before Tom Kidd is the best guy to come see. He will have you shooting well and excited before your first visit ends. I highly recommend Kidd’s Place for anyone interested or currently into clay shooting.

What a great experience! Showed up with a buddy to shoot some clays and was greeted by Tom the owner. Big Ole smile and he let us know they were actually closed today but he still let us go out and shoot! Ray took us out to the first couple stations and he gave us some pointers and the lay of the land. Nice grounds and challenging stations made for a good time! I have shot twice at two other locations and although I have nothing bad to say about those, Tom and his staff genuinely treated us like family and so of course I will be returning often!

This is the third straight week I've been sporting clay shooting at Kidd's Place. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The course is nicely set up and it has not been the same every week. he course is set up nicely and is very easy to walk. No need to take a cart unless you want to.

Kidds is a great place with a variety of challenging shot presentations and beautiful terrain. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful and events are organized and well-run. I highly recommend Kidds Place!

Visited today for the first time! If you are looking for a place to shoot your pistol I must say they have one of the most state of the art pistol pits! Tom was great even brought us water while we were shooting. This will definitely be my place of choice going forth. Happy Shooting!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have just recently got into sporting clays and their course is one of the best and challenging courses in the area. And if you are short on time, they have a great 5 stand setup too. I highly recommend Kidds Place.

What a fun place! Family friendly and great setup. Each station is setup differently and provides an interesting challenge as you work the course. The shooting positions from the raised platforms provided a unique experience. Owner and friends are all super nice.

Tom helped me with my first shotgun shooting lesson many years ago. He has a fantastic sporting clays range that is simple enough to follow as a beginner and challanging enough for advanced shooters. Can't wait until the pistol range opens. You'll be well provided for at Kidd's Place!
