At first pulling up I was a little skeptical because of the outside but you cannot always judge a book by its cover. I have never been to a spa so I wasn't sure of how it would go. I go inside and was greeted and then waited(I was with a group of 4) we all got into our robes, and went in different directions. I started with a facial with my sister which was relaxing and calming and left my skin soft. After our facial my sister started her pedicure, and I went for a massage.. Let me just say this it was very relaxing, the massage therapist was wonderful and done great, once I had my full body massage I did the salt glow which was pretty cool. After I rinsed off I got my robe back on and we all four ate our lunch. All four us had a delicious sandwich with a drink, I of course got the champagne as I am enjoying this papering all to well.. once we were done eating, our services continued. I have seen the previous reviews and negative feedback and although it is a little chilly, it is a older building, and it may have a little smell other then what most may expect, it has been a pleasant experience.. This isn't like a huge luxury spa ran by a corporate business that has all the bells and whistles. But this is a small owned business that treats customers with respect and makes the spa aromatherapy a pleasant experience... They have all the equipment and things they need for your experience to be pleasant. They also donate a portion of proceeds to a local rescue which is better then most corporate owned businesses can say...

It was a lovely day. The house is older but the service was fantastic. I received a massage, facial, salt scrub, manicure, pedicure, facial and lunch with mimosa''s with hair styled and make up for $175.00. Part of the proceeds go to animal rescue which is close to my heart as well. Lovely ladies and a lovely way to spend the day with girlfriends.

I made an appointment about two weeks ago after coloring/cutting my hair at home, leaving it orange and gaped up.I went in and was greeted by the lady at the front desk then taken back to be introduced to the hair stylist.I showed her a picture of the color and cut that I wanted and she did an excellent job! After finishing up,I was introduced to all of the different Aveda products they sell and which would be best for the specific issues that I have with my hair.I purchased the suggested products, after one use I could already notice a huge difference in the look and feel of my hair.I almost didn't go because of all the bad reviews that I had read on here, but I'm glad I did because I had a wonderful experience.I will definitely be returning to try all of the other services/products they offer!

I went into the Spa a couple of weeks ago for a massage and pedicure.I first had the pedicure, which was really nice with the massaging chair and the lady also gave a relaxing leg/foot massage as well. After the pedicure I was taken back to the massage room.I had a couple of troubled areas that she focused on,after the full body massage I felt 100% better.Best massage I've ever had! I will be going back regularly for massages and pedicures.

I am sorry to see this spa being offered on Groupon. I am not a picky person, but this spa is awful. Every negative review that I have read is exactly what I experienced... from the bad smell, to the poor quality of service, to the rude employees. The nail tech was an hour late, and I didn't receive so much as an apology or explanation. When she did get there, she commented to another employee, in front of me, "oh well, s**t happens". The facial was terrible, the woman coughed right over my face and didn't even speak to me other than to try to sell me another service for an extra $25. The best part of the whole experience was the champagne lunch (sandwhich and chips). Please, please believe the negative reviews... they are all TRUE!!! I'm wondering who wrote the positive ones!!!???

DON’T waste your money!! This is no spa experience!! My friends from Florida flew in for the weekend. We were hoping to enjoy a relaxing spa day. We were extremely disappointed. We were told two of us would get a massage while the other one had a pedicure. This was clearly a lie!!! There was one massage therapist and the owner gave the pedicures. When we questioned this, the owner avoided the question. I feel like they told me they would have more therapists there just to get our business. The quality of the pedicure and massage were both very poor. The only part I was happy with was at least we helped support the animal shelter!!!!

I purchased the all day package for $200.00 over the phone. Which on the website is listed as 175.00. I guess that should have been my first clue,, but i overlooked it because they were scheduling the appointment on short notice (4 day notice) I gave this package as a gift for my spouse and she was very disappointed. Upon arrival the staff was rude and not very enagaging. The hairstylist was late for her portion of the day. The building was cold as in freezing. Even the manager was bundled up in a blanket. Champagne lunch was a 1/2 sandwich and chips from Atlanta Bread company. Although it was tasty I would hardly think that is what you expect from a "SPA". Save your money, the other reviews were right

My husband bought me a day spa package for Valentines day. I had to book it out 3 months because they had no reservations opened. So I went this past weekend. Needless to say it was the worst spa day I've ever had. The place needs some updating for one. They didn't have the correct time written down for me coming in. The girl that messaged me was shaking like she was on drugs so that was uncomfortable. The lady which was the owners daughter did my facial and it was literally 5 minutes long. Facials should be an hour long. Then when I at my lunch with my wine, the owners daughter that was also doing my mani/pedi sat there waiting on me staring at me the whole time waiting on me to finish. Plus on top of all this mess, my costa sunglasses were stolen out of my purse in the cubby hole they had. It was probably the girl that was on drugs. SMH! So disappointed since I have 3 kids and married and stay busy 24/7 and was really looking forward to this visit. A NIGHTMARE!

I bought a Living Social Deal for this place, solely based on the name (because it sounded nice, and it was an Aveda salon). I didn't do my research before I bought it, and I wish I had. Thankfully I got a nice hair cut there, and my stylist (Missy) was very nice and did a great job. However, I would never go back mostly for the atmosphere. The main issue was: it stunk to high heaven in there. And, not just normal salon smells... we are talking old house musty mixed with filthy cat litter. It was one of those smells that your nose never gets used to. I was amazed that I could still smell the horribleness of it through the whole visit. Another issue I had, which matches other reviews I've read, is terrible customer service. The woman running the "front desk" seriously looked homeless. Like a flannel jacket and old stocking cap, and although she didn't have on fingerless gloves, I would not have been surprised if she had. When I told her I was using my Living Social, she seemed annoyed, especially when I didn't have a printed off version ( I was using my iphone). She commanded me to read the numbers off to her, so I did, but put the phone in front of her so she could see it too (because I know some ppl like to look at the numbers when writing them down). When she didn't get them all written down the first time, she asked me to read them again, and I just showed her the phone, she commanded me to read them aloud. Then, she asked for my first/last name, which was right on the voucher too. She kept misspelling my name, so I showed her where the name was on the phone, and she rudely said "I want you to say it out loud, I'm not looking at that!". And, I did not get any spa services there, and I'm glad I didn't. It looked filthy in there, and the smell truly would make for a non-relaxing experience. My husband had to walk in to bring me something, and the first thing he commented on when I left was "Whew, that smell!" It truly was horrible. One of the worst smells I've ever smelled.

Horrible experience. It's an old house that looks like a 1970 beauty shop. The website makes it appear that it's a spa but it's not! They were unprepared & unprofessional & massage Theripst was gothic with piercings & obviously not a skilled Theripst. Don't waste your money. Oh and in the end had to wait on the hair stylist 45 mins. The esthetician was inexperienced & talked about her trade was a truck driver! Not clean & not spa like. Very disappointing for the price. . .
