The staff and customer service at the Brown Deer Rd. location is professional, helpful & friendly! They have come a long way from a couple years ago after changing managmeent that ensures reliable dependable employees stay and the rest need to find a different job! You can still find anything at Menards!

I love shopping at this Menards. The associates are always happy to see you and they genuinely care for helping you. I tried other Menards but keep returning to this one thanks to their amazing service. Thanks for making my day!!!

Great selection of products and always seems to be well stocked! I very much like this location. You even get a little glimpse at the crumbling Northridge and whatever else has been dumped in the vacant parking lot next door! I have seen cars without tires and even a larger boat no longer on a trailer just laying on its side! I would just suggest going during the day because it is a bit set back and therefore secluded from the road...but seriously this is a nice Menards. It is very clean and once you are inside it is another world! Great selection of train accessories and furniture!

Great, love the selections in the paint department. Store has Broader selection for home items than other home improvement stores, that's what's nice. Plants at Northridge location didn't look good this year, maybe they can offer them at clearance price or return them to distributor for healthier looking plants. Come to think of it, last year I bought 6 yellow mums from their west allis location and they started turning brown within 1 week .. maybe they need to change plant distributors...but the store itself is good.

The dock and yard and store personnel are friendly and courteous. As well as speedy. I deliver loads to menards all over the USA.

Menards is great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable, and if you do a lot of work on your house it's worth doing the rebate they usually have running. It's easy to get someone to ask questions to!

The place they don't shine as much is tech. They quite often have to check on stock because their system isn't great at that, and you need a receipt for returns. If you don't have it looking it up is a pain.

This is our go to big box store for most items, all but tools. We only use Milwaukee, and big red is not welcome at Menard's. Would live to see that change some day, but for now. All tools come from somewhere else!

I've been using this Menard's location for 7 years and they have all been great. The staff is always helpful. And there's never a crowd at this location no matter the time of day or year. They've always had every thing i need in stock, including a bathroom fan motor from a model produced in the 80's or 90's. And they had the motor for cheaper than any online retailer

Followed social distancing people wore their mask over their nose and their mouth. Staff was very helpful the prices are so reasonable they have everything that you need. I just wish they get they 11% rebate back again real soon I miss that from their store.

We love menards always friendly helpful and safety is of a high priority to ensure we as customers are safe as well. They pulled a chair off the floor as soon as I pointed out that it was malfunctioning. Nice job looking out for the customer.A+

Dear Sir,
I did some early morning (6:00am) shopping at your Brown Deer Menard’s. I have a terrible leak of water onto my basement floor and I wanted to get some opinions on how to tackle this problem. I had already ruled out the chimney as a source of contention, so now the problem had to somewhere in the floor. I was able to garner liberal information from tow of your workers: Daniel G. in Building Supplies and Bob, who is all over and all around everything. They both did an excellent job of helping to get to the root of this water problem. I like their interest in my concerns, a willingness to help as well as their passion for their work. In addition, I was there for the 99 cents sale as well and your early morning stocker, Dave helped me several times to find the correct items.

This indeed was a good productive visit at Menard’s this morning. I was pleased to have found all of what I looked for and need. There can be many working there but not all will display a high level of concern as well as expertise. Therefore, if you have an “employee of the month” recognition/award, then I would like nominate Daniel, Bob and Dave. They really helped me out this morning.

This location always has what I need. The lumber selection is a little light due to supply chain interruptions due to COVID, but I still was able to get what I needed to finish my deck. Helpful staff and a clean store.

My family's lawn mower of 5 yrs broke this summer, and we needed a new one; however, it's hard to find cordless electric ones. I checked online and saw that there was 1 in stock at this store. The first employee we saw was not helpful. He showed us the aisle of where the law mowers were and left us.

Thankfully, there was another employee nearby who went out of his way. There was only 1 cordless lawn mower left, but it was the one on display. He took it out of the display for us, and he even helped showed all of the parts and how to use it. He also printed out the manual for us.

Customer service is a hit or miss. If you find that you aren't getting the product you need, ask around and eventually someone with more experience will know.

You can buy a whole house, or just some flowers to make it look nice. Plus you can buy some groceries to fill the refrigerator you just installed in the house kit you bought from menards. And pretty much anything you will need to maintain your property and everything on it like your car, trailer, patio, dog/cat, kids toys …..

Hello I had a nice experience and your Menards store on Brown deer road they have some items that I was looking for and I asked the I asked the employee to help me find what I was looking for and he was very generous he helped me to find what I was looking for I appreciate it very much and I will be shopping there again have a blessed day

I came to get some garden tools. The two people I asked help from were very helpful. They practice social distancing. It was a fast in and out experience. My prefer way to shop 😁👌

Need blocks? They got blocks. Need tools? Of course you do, we all do. Never enough tools, more MORE! The return policy is fair, and the rebates are sweet.

They were excellent! They help to find out the process to pick up my online order. Then the guy help to load the snow blower into my SUV.
