Food Lion

This was a B2B exchange as Rite Lite fabricated the monument, wayfinding, and high-rise wall signs at the HQ location as we were very pleased to do business with Food Lion.

Arrived at 3:30 for a 5pm appointment. Checked in at door #6. Was out of there at 7pm. No lumper fee, they called me after the light turned green and said the bills were on the back of the trailer. Perfect!

Well,for me ,it's a good received warehouse, polite and professional people. Take me 2 hours before my appointment. Check in and check out 1 in half. Depending, how many items you have in your truck you will out. I do ,recommend

I had a 4:00 pm appt. Checked it at 3:00 pm. Unloaded by 6:00 pm. No issues, the guards were very polite so was the receiving girl. Good experience over all. Plenty of room to maneuver and easy to find warehouse. No overnight parking.

I give them 5 stars ⭐ because they have nice service i check in 5:45pm 15 minutes before my appointment my appointment is was 6pm they call me for a dock at 7:15 pm finishing everything at 9:45 pm my paperwork in back in the trailer 22 pallets no lumber fees 😎😎 thank you 🙏 food 🦁

I’m surprised about all these bad reviews. My appointment was set for 8pm. Arrived about an hour earlier. They took me right away. I should’ve checked in at 4:30pm, time they start, sure they would take me. Had 12 skids, understand not a full load but still for the companies like this getting out at 8:25pm for my 8pm appointment it is a miracle. Cons: $179 lumper fee for 12 skids sounds expensive, but I don’t care, broker covered it today; Absolutely NO OVERNIGHT PARKING on premises or around!!! There are Loves and Pilot about 7 miles out that are always packed as hell. Good thing I still had about 3 hours of my driving time so I was fine. Will still give them 5 stars today for quick unloading. Will see what’s gonna happen next time. Should say Capstone is improving. They even sent me a short survey BEFORE I got unloaded. So we’ll see. Today I can say thank you guys. Good job!

I have always done my shopping at Food Lion because I am disabled and it's close by and I'm use to the kind people and setup of the store.
On September 17, 2021, I went to Food Lion and during my visit had the pleasure of meeting Mr. William Cloud, who I soon found out was a Manager. This gentleman went the extra mile to assist me while I was there in the most professional and courteous manner. Being older and disabled I don't often have people offering to help me. William took the time to make this trip a pleasant one rather than a chore.
I will forever be indebted to him. He has made me have faith in people again.
Thanks so much William. I apologize for taking so long to write but I haven't felt well lately. I hope the Top Official of Food Lion knows what he has in you.

Appointment at 2030, arrived 1750. At door 2025, red light & unloading started 2035, green light came back on 2130. Yes it is 2150 and still no phone call so I can hook up and go. Guard very nice, Clerk very nice. In reality this is my second visit to this location this year and I don’t see what all these guys talking about. You should visit the DC in Dunn then I can see what’s been said. Anyway this is my 2 pennies worth. I will come back here anytime.

I was honestly doubtful I would enjoy this delivery (according to the reviews), but I was wrong. Arrived @4:10pm for a 5pm appmt, checked in with the receiver at 4:30, was instantly put into a door. I left around 6:30pm. Not bad at all, and the security was really nice and helpful. Would definitely deliver here again. Now, if only I could say this for the Dunn, Nc DC. Never again

Arrived at 4:54pm for a 5pm appointment pulled off at 7:15pm bills in hand I was actually impressed definitely expected to be here all night due to the reviews

Arrived at 4:50 checked in at 5:10, empty in 40 mins, waiting 20 mins for paperwork. Don’t know why everyone giving to this place 1 or 2 star. And also really fast check out, everything you making on your phone.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I rolled up to the security woman and she asked for my autograph, she then told her partner who was outside and she was ecstatic to see me. Being one to impress everyone, I backed my truck from the guard shack to a parking spot by door 6 on the back corner without pulling up. The building by door 6, people were lined up in the windows of all 6 floors, about 30 slung a banner from the roof proclaiming the allegiance of all Salisbury, NC to BroGen and I had to stop everyone when they went to sacrifice a group of non-believers. I wiped 2 tears from my right eye. One for the check in lady and the other for the men and women lumping the trucks. After my truck was unloaded, we shook hands, slapped each other in the back and the mayor of Salisbury, NC declared February the 4th a state holiday of all workers coalition day.

I love the customer service. When you get on the premises all the employed greet no matter where you are on the premises, yes even in the parking lot. I Love It My Favorite Store. No Walmart for me. Thank You For Your Awesome Customer Service. And it's the same at all the locations I've visited. I Personally Love Food Lion.

Security lady was very kind. Full trailer took 2 hours to unload. I think its not bad for these days. No OVERNIGHT parking at all.

It was an amazing experience, to be honest! We had quite a tour of the headquarters, talked about remodels, marketing, store numbers, you name it! We also had a recurring conversation about the Whitney font that Food Lion currently uses! As a result, I got a lot of freebies along the way. Thank you Food Lion!

Store number 2647 is awesome. Clean neat friendly and they always have the items and specials that looking for. And now they have a CSR unlike most of the other grocery stores that I have shopped at. That CSR is Dasia and she is the reason why I will do all of my shopping at this location although I live closer to the West Harris Blvd store. She's polite kind and very welcoming and so very helpful.

I love the Food Lion on Mt. holly huntersville road in Charlotte. On the corner of Mt. Hollyhuntersviile road and Beatties Ford road. Mary the manager is always very helpful and all employees give the best customer service I have ever had. All employees and mangers go out of there way to make sure you are a satisfied shopper. If you cannot find something they will walk with you to serve you. I shop here practically everyday and the excellent service never wavers.
Also, the store is the cleanest food lion I have ever seen. Even cleaner than Harris Teeter or Publix. The produce is always fresh and not sitting out and over ripe. THIS IS THE BEST FOOD LION IN NC!!!!!!

Got here on a Friday and the broker prepaid the lumper fee for this load but I arrived at 6pm for an 8pm appointment. I got a door by 7 and out by 8:40pm

My daughter bought a birthday cake for me yesterday. Is was a chocolate cake with chocolate whipped cream frosting. My sister is a professional cake baker for years and I must say this cake was as good as hers. It was delicious. Moist not real sweet and the frosting was wonderful. I am very impressed and I will be purchusing cakes from your bakeries from now on. This one was bought at the Tinsel Town store here in Salisbury NC. Kudos to store it made my birthday!!!!!
