They have what I need, no exceptions! Not like CVS, where they only give you half of your prescription because that's all they have in stock.

I have a flex benefits Card and it took two phone calls and a personal appearance to get this info on my account I have a back up credit card to pay excess charges outside of insurance however they had rather charge the credit card.....I was guaranteed that after each phone call that this was take care of ...but continuing charges on credit card proves it wasn't take care of

The gentleman who I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful, but when I went in to purchase some medication the woman who rang me up was BEYOND rude for no apparent reason. I understand having a bad day, but taking it out on your customers is completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior.

Slack ! I hate having to use this place but for some reason I'm able to get a medication cheaper than anywhere else.

Went to pick up prescription. Was told rudely to go to another window for “problem resolution”. The next person looked up the prescription and said to go back to the pick up window and she would meet me there. 10 minutes later someone asked the first cashier if she was helping me. She asked me what I was waiting on and I said that person in the area where they count pills was working on it. Cashier asked about my prescription and they had to look it up again in the computer. The problem resolution person was not even working on my prescription. Cashier looked again in the computer and found my prescription. It was hanging up with other medications to be picked up DIRECTLY BEHIND HER the whole time. I asked what happened and there was no response at all.

Ridiculously terrible system. I have had so many seizures, fevers, migraines, mental breakdowns, and other medical emergencies because they cannot get it together. An essential service providing life saving medications has NO EXCUSE to be this awful or lazy. If you have any choice to use any other pharmacy, RUN. I unfortonetly am stuck in this torterous cycle of going on and off cold turkey on my meds until I can change my insurance.
Update: if you guys wanted to fix it you'd actually do your jobs. A years later this is still happeneing. Your incompetence will get someone killed one day. That person has nearly been me multiple times.

Reliability has definitely gone to pot in the last month or so. Inconsiderate staff. Called in meds and told when to pick up. Then suddenly they dont have it. Told to come back 2 days later, over the weekend. Go back. Still no meds. Make call to Dr office. SUDDENLY get call that meds are ready AND HAD BEEN the day I called. You be the judge.

I received a reply to my rating but only with a response to contact them. No contact information provided. Calling the location itself seems pointless as I will likely only receive the same people who prompted this 1 star rating.
