Best customer service I have ever received! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was assisted from start to finish. The managers were very nice to me and they were nice and helpful to their employees when they had questions. Even though the store was busy I was not neglected by their service in any way. They even offered to help me save an additional 15% off my purchase! I’m glad there is a location close to me now. I even brought my dogs in once and everyone was so sweet to them! They welcomed my dogs with open arms! Will definitely be back and will stay a loyal customer to these wonderful people and wonderful company!

This store has amazing customer service !!! Alexandra was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions, and made suggestions based on what I was looking for. As a result found great clothes, had a great experience and she made me aware of current promotions, sales and when to be looking for coupons for future reference. Great store - definitely going back !!!

My wife and daughter love this store - They love their selection. The store manager, Alexandria, is always super helpful finding them clothes in the store or helping to order online. It’s a great store.

Sharon B. (Per the name on the receipt) is very deceitful in her methods to obtain personal information for marketing purposes. She first offered me the opportunity to save 15% by texting to a number. I said I prefer not to give out the information. She then asks for my name and zip information for the "recept", but this is really to obtain your info to sell and market it. Well, the one good thing is I found my fit. And, I do like the way my selections fit... not that Sharon helped me at all. I was completely ignored until I walked up to the register. So, if I choose to do business with Lucky Brand again, I can do so via the website rather than support the local brick and motar.

Rude employees. First, the young male and female working tonight completely ignored me. Then when I asked the young female a question about pricing, she looked at me like I was doing something wrong, gave me a short response, and walked off. She proceeded to talk to her coworker while I browsed. I decided to leave since the experience really sours my taste for buying in this store.
