Wash World on Broad River

Clean, friendly attendant, good machines. Most of them worked. Ones that did not work were clearly marked. It does get busy later on in the morning so if you want lots of room get in there early. They open at 7:00. This is one of the nicest laundromats i've used and I've used them all over the country. Glad to go back to this one again. Also the machines that are real nice job of washing and drying and they got the clothes dry and I was very pleased.

They offer a wash and fold service so you don't have to actually do the job yourself. I have never had a problem with their service. Excellent work.

This is a very clean and safe facility. My clothe come out of the dryer without the weird dryer " smell" you find at other places. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is well lit and problems are taken care of immediately. I have been there in the mornings, afternoons and evenings and never had to wait for a machine to become available . I prefer the early mornings though because of the low traffic. I think the prices are fair and I love that they have a drop off option for just 1$ a pound. Definitely would recommend!

Clean, well lit, lots of parking,machines, and tables. Love the free wifi. Very convenient that you can use credit/debit cards as opposed to just coin. Only thing is that you must put at least $10 on the prepaid wash card if you use a debit/credit card, but if you plan on coming back that's not really an issue. Looks like the washers range from $3.25 for a small one to $5.25 for an extra large one which is pretty fair to me. Dryers are 25 cents per 6 minutes but they're large and heat up quickly.

This location is a well kept organized facility. The attendants have made me feel at home and very comfortable, especially Stacy. She takes her job seriously, but she is enjoyable how she interacts with not only me but with all the customers. I highly recommend this location to anyone in this part of Columbia over the other 2 locations on Broad River Rd....

The attendants are always kind, active and helpful.

The place is so clean 90% of the machines work there's almost always an attended on duty. Also, young lady that was behind the counter was incredibly kind a great disposition.

The woman who works there from 7-1 was so helpful and kind. The place was clean and had plenty of machines I’ll be back

I have been coming to this location for about two years and I am always pleased with the service I receive. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and they are friendly especially Stacy she always makes my experience enjoyable each time I visit. And it is always clean and kept up.

I used their wash and fold service and was very satisfied. I travel all over and their price was very reasonable. My clothes were clean and folded very neatly. Will use them for as long as I am in this area.

Kept very clean most of the time. Staff are friendly and there its free wifi. It normally it's nice inside but that mostly depends on the other patrons.

Very neat and clean.. the attendant could be a little more helpful and cordial but other than that I think the place is very good

Clean washers and hot dryers. Best time to try do laundry is on weekends. Broad River Rd is nightmare during week especially around time kids out of school.

Nice and clean place and friendly and helpful staff and especially for Loretta. They have big screen t.v.'s free WiFi and restrooms for customers.

Clean usually & someone is always on duty to assist. They are helpful when there's a problem but serious about locking the doors at 10pm promptly!

What can I say, it's a Laundromat. Attendants keep it clean and they have wifi. Wish there was hot water to wash your clothes but...*Kanye shrug*

Fast and dependable drop off service,also have plenty of washer's and dryers if you want to do it yourself.

Ms. Lauretta is very nice and always in good spirit. She makes sure everything is going smooth.
