The store clerks are always courteous and helpful. They have very good attitudes and the pharmacy staff (although busy) are the same and they are helpful to answer any questions I have. They are also helpful with helping me choose over the counter medications as well. When I leave the store, I feel like I've been cared for. From the greeting as I enter to the time I exit I've NEVER had a negative experience there in the 8 years I've lived in Columbia.

The lady at the front desk who is soo energetic. Acknowledges and greets every customer is not valued enough so what I feel. Give her a raise and don’t lose such awesome employees. They are hard to find who can be soo enthusiastic and amamzing at their work.

Drive-thru can be a little behind. But the services is good. Store always have good sales, a ways of gaining points for their products.

Carpet needs to be clean inside, however the customer service was great the young man working there took care of my passport photo and was very nice and professional. Will vist again in the future.

A little pricey for food, not their fault you missed the grocery store, pharmacy staff was very efficient and polite

Pharmacy mistook someone else's subscription for my mother-in-law's. Took 15-20 minutes to discover thier mistake. My mother-in-law is 75 years old and in poor health. Not cool. Glad they caught the mistake, very concerned if they had not. 😧
