Me and My Girlfriends Favorite place to eat lunch at ! Customer Service is A1 ! Honestly have never had any issues here at this location!

Came last minute for diner for my family. I felt so bad as I new they getting close to closing. But with upmost positive attitude. The entire staff was like, no no no, it's really ok. We love to serve. And did they ever. For was off the charts fresh. But it was the positive atmosphere. Very clean and tidey. But it was the professionalism that blew me away. From the honest greeting thru the order taking and hand over the food was above and beyond anything I could ever ask for. 5 stars guys and gals!!! I would highly recommend Freddy's of Norman, Ok!!!

Great burgers and fries at a cheap price. The burger was a little on the saltier side, but it was juicy and flavorful. The fries were perfectly crisp and paired really well with their fry sauce. The cashier was very courteous and respectful.

It’s a Freddie’s so you know it’s good, but this location in particular is fantastic!

They are quick with tasty food and shakes.

The manager Vincent is out of the world phenomenal! He helped me decide what to order and in turn cured my depression.

Absolutely delicious food and spectacular service. Was greated upon entering the store and every employee from the cashier to the cook were very friendly. Nothing bad to say at all, because it was a top notch experience. Would definitely come back to this location for more meals when in the area.

This place is just amazing! Have been there many times. The staff is just great every time and more than willing to help you pick something great with good suggestions. The food was amazing and fresh. My favorite part is the ice cream though! Absolutely delicious!

A really great place!! Wonderful staff. I came in 30 minutes before close and my order was ready by the time I arrived (I ordered using the app!), I placed another order inside and had an issue with the app rewards, but the manager and staff were great and helped me with the issue! Thanks guys. Will definitely come back here again!

Drive thru was fast and friendly, burger and fries were awesome, and plenty of fry sauce. Can't go wrong with Freddy's.

The was so good!!!! Fast and friendly service. One of the few places left with excellent on point food and customer service. I usually get one or the other but very rarely both. Will be back soon!!!

I was surprised to see the management member greeting guests and checking on them. I haven't experienced this kind of service before besides when I worked in fast food. I absolutely love that no matter it being fast food you take the time to welcome and comfort those whom walk through the door. Great Leadership Skills.

I always come here to grub on scrumptious food. One of the top fast food spots in Norman. Wonderful and caring staff. Amazing food and options. Concretes shakes you name it, it’s amazingly tasteful. Bring your family , friends, and other loved ones.

The service was friendly and they took time to ensure the order was correct. The food was delicious and well-prepared.

I ate with some friends at Freddy's today and, while the food was great, watching the new manager Phillip work the floor was the best part. I haven't seen such genuine caring for, and appreciation of, customers in a restaurant in a very long time! Phillip checked in with each customer to make sure everything was good, helped one elderly woman in a wheelchair get out the door, helped another young man with crutches take his order to the table, etc. I don't eat at Freddy's very often, but I'll definitely be back to this location soon!
