Dennis was very helpful and kind. He found something we both related to. He talked to me about it while the transferring process for my new phone was happening. It made it very quick and enjoyable experience.

The store supervisor is a good leader and manages his team well. They made sure no one waited too long without being addressed. The associate, Trent gave great advice on available products and services. They helped us save money on our plan and still get the devices we needed and a few we hadn’t planned on getting. Best At&T store in the area.

Your store at University center in Norman which is where I did my business. They did not have the phone that I needed so I went to the store at 24th and Main Street in Norman . Both Of the stores were terrific but I particularly appreciated the work that Jared Barnes did. He was very good on helping me. Restore everything to my new phone from my old business phone. I have his card and will look for him. The next time I need to do anything.

Went in yesterday to upgrade my phone as well as my wife's phone. Dealt with Riley, and the whole interaction could not have been better. Riley explained some options without any pressure or upsell efforts, helped us out with transferring our data to the new phones, and was very helpful in every way. THANKS RILEY!

The younger thin woman in the store is awesome, unfortunately can't remember her name. She's been the only att rep that could actually explain things to me and help with my issue.
She definitely deserves a raise 👏

I was helped right away. I have a new phone, and the employee helped me get things transferred. While I was waiting for downloads to complete, other employees offered help or just stopped at the table to say hello.

My wife and I went to see how we could get upgrade phones for our twins who were turning 18. The employee who helped solved every issue!!!! He turned us into hero!

Robert was most helpful. He has extensive knowledge of Apple products. He never rushed us, was a great listener and was very friendly.

Robert was absolutely exceptional. He was so thorough and attentive, and he found several places to tweak our bill and save a significant amount each month. I was truly impressed with the level of service he offered.

Emilee has been helping straighten out the mess of the phones on my account that was made by two different customer service folks that I spent 2 hours on the phone with last night. She has been friendly, quick to welcome me in, she knows what she is doing, she understood what I said had happened, I really appreciate her cheerful attitude and professionalism. So thankful for her help.

I thoroughly appreciated the help I received coming into the store today. I came in having multiple complications with my previous account and the intent on setting up a new wireless plan. The sales rep Camden, and the assistant manager Tristan both were very patient with me, working to resolve all issues I had, finding solutions in what may not be everyday scenarios, showing high levels of competence and team work. Again, very patient and understanding while issues were resolved. Displaying a good nature beyond work requirements. Both in there combined and individual efforts I rank the service of Tristan and Camden as exceptional. And I observed the Entirety of the facility was producing efficient quality service. Thank you

Cam helped us today and it was the easiest visit I’ve ever had. He was super knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Not only did we get everything finished that we needed, we enjoyed conversation about vacation spots and were out of there in just over 30 minutes. We will be returning to Cam for all of our AT&T needs!
