Easy shopping ad great customer service. We purchased this wood table for our buffet seating purchased elsewhere. We love the look and feel. It replaced a glass and metal table we had for many years.

Cassandra Potts went above and beyond assisting me with the purchase of a Quick Ship Bennett sectional sofa for my living room! She not only helped me choose the fabric and style, but created a floorplan from EA's online tool for placement of everything in the room, including furniture, area rug, and fireplace. But that wasn't all...she answered many other questions about decorating elements in my home such as opinions about drapery, pillows and even advice about decorating in other rooms. She definitely knows her stuff and is a true professional with many years of experience. She never lost patience with all my numerous questions and phone calls during the process! Moving from Greenville to Indianapolis in the spring. We were looking for a way to buy what we needed here and have it delivered from the Indy store. Ethan Allen was the perfect choice.

Laureen and Cassandra helped us through the selection process at our pace and it was a great experience. We didn’t feel rushed and they worked through the color selections carefully and thoughtfully. We have several other Ethan Allen pieces, including a desk over 60 years old.

We ended up going back a week later and purchased a dining table and chairs and bar stools in addition to the two couches we purchased previously. Same great attentive service. Could not recommend this store more and Cassandra and Laureen make a great team!

Once again, truly exceptional service from the Greenville, SC Ethan Allen store. The team worked together to help us select new sofas and upholstered dining room chairs in a short amount of time. The delivery was excellent - furniture arrived 3 weeks before we expected it to be delivered. Couldn't be happier with our new furniture - excellent quality, design, upholstery and finishes.

We are so appreciative of all the advice and support Cassandra has given us on the design and furnishing of many rooms in our home. She has such a friendly personality and has a unique ability to visualize how furnishings, carpet and wall decorations come together and it has really made a difference in the pride we have in our home.

In came Laureen Heissenbuttel! Her design expertise coupled with her delightful demeanor, has made the process a true pleasure; and the results thus far have been outstanding.
