I'm not sure of what to think of this company yet, building manager calls me up and tells me"your two past maintenance requests were unnecessary"

my oven is digital I couldn't get the bake light to go off, the wall outlets are controlled by a switch on the wall, I plugged things in and nothing worked so I called building mgr, she says try the light switch still nothing.

this is the first time I've used a digital oven. maintenance guys showed me how the heating control elements of the oven works and how to control the wall outlets.

building manager tells me"service calls are expensive" and she said something about its written in my lease agreement that they can pass the fee for service request on to me.

she brought up something about"common sense says that you can figure it all out by yourself" I tried all the controls on the oven and got nothing. i tried the switch on the wall and got no results before i made the call for maintenance.

I'm trying not to jump to conclusions but it definitely doesn't look like I'm going to renew the lease in April 2019, stay tuned.
