I recently came here again and couldn’t really enjoy my sub. I spoke to the manager Jasmine she was so nice with helping me resolve the issue !! I appreciate her for calling because no food place has ever called to help me resolve an issue she as very understanding and helpful so I give 5 stars to that !!! Great consumer service !!!! And she was super sweet and I appreciate her for taking the time to reach out to me !! (: & restaurant is super clean !!

The two ladies working tonight (12/15) were so kind and efficient, the food got out fast and the sandwich was BOMB!

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sub, which was loaded with roast beef, turkey, and Swiss cheese. The bread was fresh and the meats were perfectly cooked. The highlight of my meal, however, was the Firehouse Chili. It was a hearty and flavorful addition to my sub, and really set it apart from other sandwich shops. Overall, I highly recommend Firehouse Subs for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.

First time visiting, the employees were so courteous! The woman who took my order offered me a cup of water while I waited for my to go order. She even insisted that she get it for me! I’m 8 months pregnant so I was very thankful for this kind gesture. The food was great too!

Firehouse sub's are mmmmm delicious, and worth the hefty price. The bread is soft the neat is fresh and the greeting you get from the staff is like a Starbucks Batista. My aunt and I went in and they forgot a sandwich . The gentleman promptly found us and asked us to wait a moment for it. Integrity as well as great food and quality service. I hope they make it.

I am obsessed with the club on a sub and it is always excellent! Plus the bread and portion of meat is 100% better (and cheaper) than anything I would get at Cousins subs!

This was my first time eating here, I've been to pick up food for my husband several times. I don't eat bread and they were accommodating, making my sub into a salad, as I don't eat bread. The restaurant was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I've been here multiple times and always had a good experience. Food is always great. But today Jenay made me the best sub I've ever had! Thanks girl! Hope she's working next time I visit!

I love firehouse subs, and this place was great but they definitely did things different from the other places. They great you as you enter the doors and have some internal communication about the readiness of your food. "first pass" and "second pass" . it was fun.

Fresh meats, lots of it cooked just right with soft breads made to perfection along with the right team of personnel. Plus add a soft drink machine that dispenses near any drink combination that you can ever think of and you have firehouse sub's. I personally wish your chain of restaurants great success.

as an employee coming from the fhs @ mayfair, when i first walked through the door to have my interview, i was greeted very well by my then-soon-to-be coworkers, i felt enthusiastic about working with them (even though i did the greeting with them). the atmosphere is friendly when no one's having a bad day. when i did start working there, i wasn't well received, until they saw that i was helping them to move faster. the managers, sharon and josh were very receptive of me. now, i can say that i have so much fun working there, my fellow coworkers have warmed up to me, and the sandwiches are THAT FIRE!!!!!!

Not only did they accommodate a catering order on short notice, they also modified the order when I made a mistake on my online order. It was busy, but they made it happen.
