Came in to get started with TX and everyone here is extremely kind and welcoming. They have payment options before you get started for the uninsured and underinsured. I had my cleaning and fillings done with Dr. Hayden. Love the result!

Same day emergency extraction with a broken, infected wisdom tooth. Office was clean, quiet, and very welcoming to my children. Everyone was polite, funny, and still very professional.
I’m sure I stressed my dentist out with all of my questions, comments, and stopping him mid numbing injection. I even took my shoes off mid extraction to get comfy and they took it ALL in stride. As someone who is afraid of the dentist but needs restorative dental work, I recommend this office and Dr. Hayden specifically

Dr. Hayden did a wonderful job helping me get relief from an infected, dying tooth. His gentle approach caused me very little pain and 0 frustration. The dental appliance he recommended ended up fitting perfectly!
All the staff, especially Dr. Lien, at the Dentist’s of West Columbia are very committed to super customer service.
I appreciate their help immensely and would recommend their service to everyone.

I had a root canal done on Oct 31, 2023 and it was a wonderful experience. Office staff, dental assistant and Endodontist were all very professional. They made me feel special and I appreciate them all. I have and this procedure done before elsewhere and it was terribly painful. Shock at how comfortable and fast everything went. I am now pain free. Highly recommend Dentist of West Columbia and Dr Correa. Well done 👍

The staff is very professional and courteous. The office is clean and in great shape, and my dentist seems very knowledgeable and professional, and has a great personality to interact with!

the front desk was extremely patient and helpful. No time was wasted and I feel financially secure with no scheduling problems here. The hygenist, radiologic technologist, and dentist were all so informative and kept me involved with what is going on in my mouth and keep me from being discouraged on how we move forward to fix it. I am very pleased and feel good about this dental care facility!

They know me by name as do I of the team. It is always what is best for me. All the work is printed out on pages. The best part is they have an application to sign in just like the hospitals and doctors.

Ebony, Jake, Edward and Dr. Liens were all so pleasant, informative and patient to say the least. Two thumbs up for all - to include the employees that serviced Alexia (my daughter), should their name not be mentioned. My daughter and I are new patients, relocating from NJ and we both agree the first time experience here was phenomenal.

The team here deserves 6 out of 5 stars, honestly. Every single person moved mountains to ensure that I was seen and properly tended to prior to my leave for a quick notice deployment. From paperwork to X-rays to getting into the chair and out the door, they are all rockstars and I highly recommend them for any and all of your dental needs!

Very nice and informative staff! They are gentle and reassuring throughout the entire treatment process. They give you options for your care and don't do anything without going over everything with you without being pushy. Everything is super clean and they have a great team atmosphere. Edward Zornes is the best hygienist I have ever had!! He is very gentle and always makes sure you are comfortable. I historically dislike going to the dentist, but he makes it not only tolerable, but enjoyable? Thanks again, Edward!

This was my first visit.The office staff was professional, informative, & friendly! The professional dental specialists, down to the oral surgeon Benjamin Lago, were exceptional. They ensured to keep me informed, at ease, & comfortable throughout my procedure. We were even able to share a few laughs. I highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs.

I went in for an emergency visit with a tooth that had cracked and was causing immense pain. I’m a little scared of dentists, as many are, but the reception team helped put me at ease over the phone and then Dr. Jose Liens immediately reassured me with kindness, care, and most importantly, a solution for the pain. Turned out that the pain was from a wisdom tooth, so they scheduled me to see the oral surgeon asap and sent me home with medication that helped me avoid pain for the first time in a week.

The next day I came back and was nervous about the procedure. The ladies at the front desk joked with me and helped me relax before I went back and then my dental assistant went above and beyond to talk me through the procedure and make me feel comfortable with everything. Dr. Lago echoed the same sentiment of care as Dr. Liens and I felt affirmed that I was in good hands.

The procedure was quick and easy and as far as I know I did not embarrass myself while high from the sedatives— thank goodness. Not only do I recommend that you go see them, I’m already planning to take care of some other dental issues with them as soon as I’m healed up.

Edward is best dental tech ever. Thoughtful, professional, caring and the softest needle touch I've ever experienced. I would refuse treatment by anyone else.

Highly recommend Dentists of West Columbia. Jose and Edward are both so friendly, thorough, and gentle. I have been coming here for several years since I moved to usc and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are very good at keeping everyone on schedule as well. 5/5!

Listen when I say I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE on today, I had a great experience. This was my first time visiting this office for dental work and Dr. Liens along with his ENTIRE staff was amazing from the time I walked through the door until the time I walked out.
If you are looking for a dentist who is very thorough in explaining the procedure to you, friendly, clean clean clean AND REASONABLE in price, Dentist of West Columbia/Dr Jose Liens is who you should choose.

I had went to multiple offices before stoping here. They do great do sme really good work, and thats coming from someone who absolutely hates the dentist. Dr Hayden is very very godd at what hes does along with the whole staff. Thank you guys!

I needed an infected broken molar extracted and Dr Liens and his team took great care of me in a timely fashion! I have serious anxiety with dental work and needles and Dr Liens and his assistant did everything in their power to make me comfortable, as well as being very patient and understanding with me. They talked me through every step of the procedure so I knew what to expect both physically and financially. I can honestly say I can’t wait to go back for my exam and I’ve found my regular routine dentist!
In addition, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the office as well as the staff upholding current CDC standard guidelines for disinfecting areas between patients during this seemingly never ending pandemic. So if you need a dentist for routine exams or an emergency procedure, check them out!
