Hampton Inn Cleveland

Very clean, updated hotel. Even the emergency stairs were carpeted and very clean. That's rare. Comfortable bed. Shower water pressure was ok, not great. Towels were soft and fluffy. We ran into thread-bare, scratchy towels at other places this trip. Shower had nice ledge about a foot from the floor for easy leg washing or shaving. Quiet location, no street noise. The usual breakfast, but had 1-2 people working/cleaning so tables were clean.

One of the nicest hotel's I have been too. ALL of the people working there were so happy and friendly. It was obvious that they really like their job. The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Most definitely recommend staying there.

Very nice, right off I-75. Easy to get to, lots of restaurants around. I am a grey haired old lady traveling alone so I always worry about safety. No issues here, area seems to be busy, well lit. Target, BOM Wendy's, etc. all right across the street.
Staff was very nice and helpful. I had trouble with my refrigerator and they came right away to assist me.
I was here for two nights, doing some antique searching in the area. Staff was helpful to point me in the right direction.
I typically always stay at Hampton Inn's. This one did not disappoint! Will stay here again!

We stayed the other night and it was just perfect! This was the cleanest and friendliest Hampton Inn I’ve been to! We got in a little later than planned and the night auditor, Raven, was very lovely and helpful with checking us in! Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful hotel. Decorated so nice for Christmas. The rooms were clean whole hotel was very clean. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted good. Would stay here again!

Ms. Beryl forgive me if I spelled it wrong. She has a beautiful soul. First day there wetalked for almost 30 minutes or so. Tell her to continue to be great, and start baking again!

The only thing I would have to note on is the rooms are getting to point the need renovations.
The carpet and showers are getting pretty worn!

Checked in for a night stay and was able to do everything on my phone. The room was large, clean, had a nice view, and very well maintained.

The breakfast in the morning had a nice variety and was very tasty. The two ladies working breakfast came and asked how things were and truly seemed to enjoy being there and talking to guests.

Front desk staff seemed like they needed help, but were always cheerful even if under staffed.

Overall this is a nice property with no negatives for my stay.

We had a wonderful experience the staff was all very friendly and helpful our room was very clean and our kids had a wonderful time as well I would highly recommend The Hampton inn 5 stars

My husband and I had to plan a last minute trip here to see our son and we drove all night! Almost 12 hours to be exact and we had no hotel room booked for that day and couldn’t check into our Airbnb until the next day!
We drove around checking hotels and for early check in for over a hour and couldn’t find anything that didn’t have a poor rating. One of my last calls was to this Hampton Inn and a nice as can be man named Daryl answered the phone and was so accommodating! They didn’t have any rooms clean at that time which was about 830 in the morning so it was understandable. But once Daryl found out we drove all night and was just trying to get a room to get some rest he told me too book the room and he will get his maid service right on getting a room cleaned for us. To say the least in less than a hour Daryl had us in a room on the top floor!! And might I add with NO early check in fee!!
Daryl and all employee’s we encountered during our overnight stay was very nice and super accommodating! And to top it off their breakfast was great! Never had a breakfast like that at any other hotel!

I have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Dana abd Payton took extra care of us..always smiling and it feels like family. The breakfast is ok..but. please back regular Waffles..the vanilla malt is nasty. I wouldn't consider stayibg at another place

April 15th, 2024. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, complete with microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator.

Enjoyed my family stay at the Hampton. Location is perfect and service was great. Everything was clean. The breakfast was definitely more than I expected! Peyton made checking in a breeze and we felt very welcome here. We look forward to staying here in the future

We stayed one night in this location to attend a family wedding. Our room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was quite good! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality. The hotel is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great experience!

Easy access on and off of the freeway. Room and hotel very clean. Nice selection of breakfast items. But several fast food places within walking distance. Liked the availability of several free streaming channels on the TV. In my opinion, Hampton Inn will never disappoint.

Usually spend a day or two here very other week for work. Very nice staff and generous smiles. Would love to recommend this place to anyone looking for a night. 👍

The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety to choose from. They are also pet friendly and even have a dog waste station on the side of the building. Overall a very nice stay!

I stayed here with a college group while on a trip and we had a great time. The staff was absolutely amazing the entire time. The breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast I've had other than disney world. The rooms had good amenities and we're clean. Needs minor updating but nothing detrimental to a stay. Thank you Hampton staff!
