I recently ordered flowers for my brothers funeral. The Casket Sprays and side table flowers were absolutely stunning. I was very pleased with their work and the long lasting quality of the floral used in the arrangements. I feel that their prices were more than fair (since I do order a lot of flowers). I plan to order flowers for my office staff for Valentines Day.

Regency Floral and Jim Brown simply perform exceptional and absolutely beautiful work. They listen to your needs and hit it out of the park. They could not have done a better job for my fathers funeral. Jim, thank you for making such a hard day so beautiful!

My mother recently celebrated her 95th Birthday. Because of the Covid Pandemic, I could not travel to be with her. Mark took care of my order. My mother loved the white rose arrangement that he created.

Go no where else for flower deliveries

Delivered as promised and recipient was delighted with the arrangement.

Disappointed and dissatisfied. I realize that there will be substitutions but when they are so different, I feel a call is warranted. I ordered an arrangement of succulents and what was delivered was an arrangement of green plants. Although lovely, I ordered succulent’s for a reason. I can understand if different succulents were sent than shown in the photo, but totally different kinds of plants is a different order.

Didn't have the luxury of placing my order because whoever answered the phone was rude right away and said they were all booked up for the weekend. Rather than asking if I were interested in placing an order at the earliest convenience and next date the person just hung up the phone and said they were busy and booked for the weekend. Not a pleasant experience considering I would have been flexible but now I'm just not going to be a customer at all.
