I came in for my appointment early and I was greeted by Alex V! From the start she was phenomenal! I had a lot of things going on but she didn’t hesitate to work with me! It took her two hours but she never gave up and kept a clear and positive business mindset. I absolutely love her for that! She went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you so much Alex! Y’all hit her up for ALL your tax needs! She’s a 10/10 for sure!

Lori was awesome. I had a horrible first experience at a different location but decided to still try the business at this location instead and take advantage of their promotion. So I called an hour before they close and she still took me. She was very patient with me and help me get the biggest refund I ever gotten. This is my first time paying to get my taxes done and she made it so easy for me.

They were so helpful and very Quick I transferred from another state so she had to Re-Enter all of my information. But it went relatively Quick. I’ve been filing with JH for about 4-5 years now & I don’t see me switching Ever. Thanks for the great customer service JH. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My tax preparer Tasha Holmes was very professional and knowledgeable. I forgot I had an ID Pin and she assisted me every step of the way with completing the ID verification process with the IRS and obtaining my PIN. She get 10 stars in my book.
