Old Navy

This store is great, has all the selection but is still better organized than most Old Navy stores. And the staff is all so kind and helpful. I wish I would have caught the managers name, but she was there Thursday (10/12) around 10:30am, and was really great. There was a big line and she calmly helped me with my returns. After working in the service industry for many years, I can say that she is the type of employee all businesses like this need. I hope she is valued!

Awesome Selection and Variety of Merchandise. Customer Service was amazing, the cashier offered to turn my purchase into two transactions so I could maximize my Super Cash savings (still wish they were like Kohls Cash with a specific value, not just a % off when you spend $75). This store is way out of my way in terms of commute, so it says a lot this this is my fave Old Navy store in the MKE Metro area, will shop again 🌈

I was amazed by how graciously the staff treated the ill-behaved customer and her entourage!!The girl working at the cash register even ran out to give back the phone, the same customer who was misbehaving with the staff left behind, speaks a great deal about her great customer service. I only hope the price and quality of shoes were a little better. It would have made the place a perfect shopping destination

I went to Bayshore a lot when I was a kid. Lots of memories. Today was the first time in a while. Old Navy has a pickup station now which is cool. I saw a lot of coupons on the bags. That's a 👍🏿👍🏿. Overall great clean old navy to go to.

I wanted to go get some jeans there because my jeans that I got from there a few years ago were all beat up, the girl there was so helpful and so amazing to help me find a new pair of jeans and even a new style!! I seriously suggest this place it’s amazing!!

Very attractive clean, organised, and uncluttered....always reasonable prices...with broad clothing and accessories lines for every member of the family....Stylish, and utilitarian, dress selectons displayed in an spacious environment...gives it a relaxed feel...to a welcoming environment....Colorful and Cheery without pressure makes it a great place to browse....Also has exterior entrance at the north west side of the mall....no need to go through the mall to shop...this is a nice feature....

I love old Navy for many reasons but this has to be my number one:

Went a few days ago! I hot two pairs of Cargo shorts for my husband, for work!! I only paid 30$ for both!😊
