Posh Nails

Showed up at Posh an hour before they closed. Other salons would have turned me away because I needed a mani and pedi. But they took their time, did everything I needed done and treated me like they had all the time in the world. I’ll definitely go back again ask for Wen or her mother. Both are excellent technicians 👍🏼❤

This place is awesome! My nails are so gorgeous and Katie is so talented! They always take good care of me. They offer drinks with my pedicures and make sure I'm comfortable! I will definitely come back!

If you are considering visiting here, do yourself a favor and GO! Tonya is my favorite tech but I'm sure others there are just as good.

I always go here because it is a relaxing environment and they do an amazing job on my nails. I always get dip powder and they do excellent eyebrow waxing, too.

My wonderful Nail Tech went above and beyond! I only wanted my toenails painted. She trimmed them and got rid of the hangnails and painted them it beautifully! I felt very pampered. And I love my nails!

I was hesitant on trying this placed based on the reviews. After being turned down by other “walk in” salons, I ended up here for my fill. The lady politely asked if I could wait half an hour and called someone in to the salon to do my fill for me. 2 other employees were busy helping other customers. Exceptional customer service! I just do a basic short acrylic nail, up to 3 colors- no crazy designs or anything. The shape could be a little better, but for the price and customer service alone- this place deserves 5 stars. If any of my nails break or the color chips easily, I will update this review. But I absolutely will be coming back here again!

Tonya did a fantastic job on my nails and Kim gave the best pedicure I've ever had. The people that work there are very nice and the salon is very clean. This will definitely be where I get my nails and toes from now on.

A Delight! Brought my husband with me and he enjoyed a fabulous pedicure too. Owner and staff were so very polite. I have brittle nails and they were able to “dip” mine perfectly to get ready for our sons wedding. I AM SO HAPPY with my nails! Give them a try!!! You won’t go elsewhere 👏❤

Everyone is so nice and welcoming to every customer. The salon is very clean and well-kept! Teresa is so sweet and does such a great job every time! My nails still look great after 3 weeks of wear.

Teresa did my set of acrylic nails this afternoon and she did the best job ever! They're so beautiful. I will definitely be back and next time I will bring my sister too!

Enjoyed some pampering today at Posh Nails. Before I found out about the new ownership I noticed how much cleaner the salon looked. Enjoyed getting to know the owners today and look forward to future visits. They're definitely focused on providing quality services!

Came in on Saturday and had an excellent experience. Definitely recommend Heather. They are understaffed but she still took her time on my nails even though I kept her over. She ended up finishing at 9 PM even though they close at 8. My nails have never looked this great and I have tried just about every salon in Cleveland. Definitely will be returning to this place! Went in today for a fill in and to fix my horrible full set I got done at a salon near my house. Joe greeted my husband and I at the door and immediately got to work fixing my horrible nails and by the time it was over, I was walking out with the most beautiful acrylics I have ever had! It was such an amazing experience and I could not highly reccomend more!! I am very excited to visit again!

Posh Nails is one of my favorite places. They are an outstanding nail salon. I am from out of town and I always come here with my niece and look forward to coming here. The owner and staff are immaculate and always provide an amazing service. The owner is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for excellent service!

This place is great!!! I have been there 3 times. Each time has been awesome. not only do my nails look amazing, but the service is one of a kind. Andy is extremely gentle and always takes his time to ensure great quality of work. 100% recommend this place!!! Plus, it serene and calm.

My friend and I Just left Posh Nails. We had a great experience. One of the owners Huy...exceeded expectations. I had the BEST customer service I have ever had at a nail salon. He was very friendly and curtious.
Do yourself a favor go to Posh and ask for Huy. You will be glad you did.

They do a really good job on nails. I moved up from Atlanta and since i moved to Tennessee I have yet to find a good nail place. But at posh nails they do an amazing job n I will be coming back again!
