I have had lower back pain for some time due to weak pelvic floor muscles/abdomen. I have been on a journey for two years to restore this area of my body after two little ones, and some wear and tear. Kristy suggested Cool Tone, and I have had amazing results. It has enhanced my workouts; my body is organically contracting in all the right places as I am lifting, I am able to continue to work my abdomen area with stamina, without compromising safe posture. I will definitely continue to see Kristy over the years for other various noninvasive treatments available.

Kristy has created a very relaxing environment and is well versed in cool sculpting and cool tone. I have tried both treatments and love my results. I am quite the researcher and so I did my due diligence before receiving treatment for my stomach and sides from Kristy. I was not disappointed! Kristy makes you feel very comfortable and explains the process very well. I have seen a huge decrease in my spare tire and love handles! I have also completed a couple rounds of cool toning and have amazing results as well. My wife also has completed one session and had amazing results! I have struggled with my spare tire my whole life and I am so happy that I found Kristy!

I have been to this amazing place once before and I just absolutely loved the results and the entire experience at Coolbodispa with Kristy Watson. She makes the experience very comfortable and she just has this way with people where you feel safe with her. She is the one that is the one who always does the procedure and she really has made it into her own practice and is so precise with where she chooses the best way to optimize the results and is just an artist at what she does. It’s really fascinating to watch and learn about how it all works. Kristy is absolutely the best person to go to if you are wanting to look better in your own skin again.Coolbodyspa is the only place I would go because I know that the results are mouth droppingly good.

This is absolutely the best place to go to get rid of your stubborn belly fat that won’t go away or just to tone your body up. Kristy Watson has been a God send for me! She has helped me change the way I feel and look. I feel like my body is a teenager again! She makes it the most comfortable setting to relax in and I will always come back here. I started receiving services from Kristy Watson in August 2022 and have targeted three spots that continued to hold fat despite regular exercise and healthy eating. Just finished six Cool Tone treatments on my abs and legs. Because I have Graves’ disease, my muscles are weaker than normal so Kristy suggested we treat every other day rather than daily for six days. She was so sweet and patient and always checked on me to ensure I was not experiencing any pain. The Cool Tone treatment is absolutely painless and amazing! I have also struggled with chronic lower back pain for 12 years and can honestly say that my back pain has been eliminated. I am so very grateful for this amazing treatment! I am an active person but have never been able to strengthen my core-Cool Tone was the answer! I highly recommend Cool Tone!

My experience at coolbodispa has been top notch. Although there are several CoolSculpting treatment centers closer to my home in Edmond, it has been SO WORTH the extra drive to Norman. From the moment I met Kristy, I knew she was passionate about her clients and truly cares about each individual. She answered every one of my questions and even gave out her personal cell phone to reach her after hours if I needed to! I’m on my second treatment and can’t wait for my results. Going to the Cool Body Spa in Norman has been a dream.
