I had the dermaplane and the brow wax by Devyn and it was off the hook ! So much better than I imagined it would be. I knew my skin felt dry and rough, but Devyn recommended the dermaplane and as always does flawless perfect brow shapes with no pain, she is a pro and I recommend her highly and without reservation ! I left with some skin supply samples and wasn’t not up sold on a bunch of other stuff , although I’m def intrigued.

I’ve been a client of Bloom for many years, and I can’t say enough good things about quality of service I receive. Everything from Botox, lasers, chemical peels, and facials is done to perfection. I constantly get compliments on my skin, and all credit goes to Dr. Greenhaw and Andrea.

Highly recommend Bloom. Dr. Greenhaw is meticulous and conservative in her approach to aesthetic “improvements” and I have been very satisfied with my results. Also a relaxing environment for facials and the aestheticians are top notch. On time, professional, and overall a great value. Also, Dr. Greenhaw and her staff have really gone out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule to squeeze me in and offer solutions on numerous occasions when I was running late or had other obstacles thrown into my day. I am writing this review after seeing another customer offer negative words - and her experience is the complete opposite of what I have encountered at Bloom. Last bit: I am a cheapskate when it comes to beauty and I love how Dr. Greenhaw has helped me figure out where to spend and where to save. It’s very much a tailored approach!

I had an amazing experience getting Dermaplane, Hydrafacial and Botox. I had the best facial experience of my life and enrolled in the monthly membership which, is a genius idea for anyone who wants to invest in the health of their skin.

I felt very confident in Dr. Greenhaw’s expertise. She actually responded personally to my inquiry email. When she briefly explained her aesthetics philosophy in our consultation, I practically wanted to give her a round of applause in the chair. My results look natural and serene without over-doing it.

I absolutely love Andrea, the quality of her facials and her personality. I thought I’d have them do my Botox and what a horrible experience. The doctor I saw was extremely unprofessional and condescending. She was bossy and rude and left me feeling like she thought I was not her level of clientele.

If you like kind humans, who are skilled AND personable, go to SkinLab and see Stephanie or Lauren.

I went to Bloom when the first opened and I had enrolled in their membership and they refused to honor their membership services or provide a refund leaving me out over $200. They blamed it wasn’t within the month timespan when they wouldn’t work with any available dates I had. Dr Greenhaw is incredibly unprofessional and their front desk staff is completely rude. I do not recommend this business and would advise going to other Med spa’s in Norman.
