Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee North/Brown Deer

We came to the Courtyard to sell shelter for the blizzard which had knocked out all of our power and heat. Me having a child I felt it was in our best interest to seek shelter elsewhere. We were able to make a reservation immediately in order to check-in within the next hour or so. The lady at the concierge desk was amazing she wore a green sweatshirt and had 4C hair that was twisted. She was amazing. She helped to make our stay everything it should be. Every time we went downstairs be it for food or whatever if she saw we were struggling she'd come over and assist right away. Even though our stay was only for a day I must say I was glad they were open. They had food in the lobby area and drinks if that was your thing. With what we had been through it was all appreciated. Thank you Courtyard for being a place of refuge to so many.

When I first arrived, I noticed the cleanliness of the facility. The front service desk was very nice and helped me change a room that I did not ask for. She was very sweet and caring. My experience was great! My reservation was from 10/20-10/22. It was very close to shopping and restaurants. I enjoyed my weekend stay. Thank you so much Latisha. I will stay here again!

This morning when I awoke and came downstairs Big Sexy made me coffee! The staff goes above and beyond

Wow! The dinner we had at The Courtyard Marriot in Brown Deer was OUT OF THE WORLD! Cookie and Erika made the BEST MEDITERRANEAN GRAIN BOWL!! Yum!

I want to personally think the staff and the management for the wonderful continuous services throughout the years! This is the best Marriott location in Wisconsin. I recommend that you go there me and my wife go every time we go. A big thanks to Miller the general manager.

I had a great experience with this hotel. My room seemed newly renovated, which was a plus. The staff was kind and friendly. It is a bit out of Milwaukee, which I knew going into it. But overall, great experience.

I didn't stay here! my brother was the guest, which he enjoy his stay and ask me if he can stay another night just to clear his head. I'm so grateful I'm able to help . I thank the staff that help me book the room which he was such a nice gentleman. Before I left he ask me how did the room look? I told him it looked nice and clean. I just thank God for the people that help me and was able to get my brother SOME rest and peace. I can hear in his voice it was much needed thank you Jesus Hallelujah.

The staff here are some of the kindest people around! The manager is wonderful, calm and collected under pressure and treats each guest with the upmost respect. I was here as a technician and got to see first hand their amazing service from behind the scenes. Even though they didn't need to, they treated me as kindly as they would any guest and went above and beyond. They truly care about people here. Next time I have work in Brown Deer I am definitely booking at this hotel and recommending this one to all of my friends!

Marcus, the front desk manager treated us like individuals and family, I will not forget his kindness. Even the housekeeping - Sylvia was so kind and amazing and smiling the whole time. There was an event at the hotel this weekend, but you would never know how busy it was based on how wonderfully we were treated!! We will definitely be back!! THANK YOU!

Would recommend this hotel. Reasonable cost, clean environment and friendly customer service at the reception desk, also from Larry Smith the Assistant General Manager and above all the very friendly ladies at the bistro bar serving us the free breakfast, Cookie and Big Sexy by name.

AMAZING!! Cookie and Rob were so friendly and accomodating. The staff was all great and rooms were clean and comfortable. I was here with a big team and they went out of their way to help us get a team dinner set up in the lobby. Thanks so much, kudos to Cookie and Rob!

Hotel was nice the only issue we had was the availability of towels at the pool or to our room. This was mostly due to the amount of families staying for a local soccer tournament. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The staff was absolutely AMAZING! Cookie, Tequila, Rena just to name a few gave us OUTSTANDING service.

The food was ala carte and breakfast was not complimentary but was very good.

The accessible room was also very accommodating.

One of the best Hotel to stay in from the regional manager to the managers on both shifts very helpful and kind the kitchen manager where very professional and the food five star quality cleaning staff where always on time and thoughtful all in all very impressive Hotel to stay in

After a horrible night at the Radisson North Shore I checked out that morning and was able to check right into the Marriott. My family needed about 21 rooms and they were able to get us all checked in before 12 PM. I was so thankful for their patience and accommodations to us. Everyone was more then helpful to us when we were there through our stay. The beds were comfy and I loved the wall that the beds were on. It was a lovely and refreshing shade of blue with accents on it. Would definitely stay again!

For a three star hotel this place is great. Beautiful lobby, clean modern rooms, small pool, and phenomenal customer service that makes you feel like your visiting family. Breakfast isn’t free but it’s delicious.

The renovation turned out really well! The rooms feel rather stylish now, and I like the curtain-free showers, rather than the shower-tub combos they used to have. I think only one elevator was working, which was a problem in the morning, when housekeepers were using it to move their carts. Fortunately it's just a three-floor hotel, so using the stairs wasn't a problem.

Lovely and clean. As always the staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first time I've been there for an event. My cousin had an bridal shower there. Perfect venue, perfect size for what it was used for. There were about 25- 30 of us. Very nice set up. Would definitely recommend.
