Brio Primary Care

We’re new patients and our experience from the start to the end was top notch. From being able to fill out all the paperwork ahead of time online, the building being very clean and inviting, the staff were all welcoming, professional and friendly… we have found our primary care.

They treated my wife very well. She was attended to from the moment she arrived until she left after 2 bags of fluids. All the nurses and doctors were very professional and polite.

I was met with a lovely waiting area with plants, chairs that were well spread out and daylight flowing in. The next greeting was the staff which were prompt and very friendly! I didn't wait very long at all before a nurse called me back. The intake was very thorough and then my PA came in. Beth was equally thorough. She listened, offered suggestions and ran a few blood tests. I never felt rushed and my concerns were addressed. I am so very glad I found this practice!!!

I love Brio. I did not see my regular doctor today but I was extremely pleased with the doctor I saw. Brio is so spotless clean. Everyone treats patients with respect. I told my husband that it’s so nice that they try to get to know patients. So friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can't say enough great things about Brio Primary Care! The staff is welcoming and caring. They seem to love what they do and love where they work. Dr. Barrett is the best! She really listens and is open to discussion about my care and health. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

Elise Thomas was my doctor and I haven't had a doctor in many years that I liked and genuinely listened to what I had to say and really wanted to help. I was able to bring up multiple problems and she listened to all of them. The staff was very nice and helpful and the facility was clean, organized and comfortable.

We heard very positive things about Brio and it is all true. Elise , our provider, and Sarah, her assistant are wonderful. I had to switch my primary care due to insurance. Brantley was recommend by a close friend. I was nervous to meet a new PCP, as I have been with mine for over 20 years, but Brantley put that all at ease. She was pleasant, friendly, and very knowledgable. Honestly, from the front office staff to check out 10/10 experience!

Have gone to Brio for a number of years and would never go anyplace else. The care that I have gotten far surpasses the care that I have ever gotten from any other care providers. Their staff across the board merits a five star rating.

During my initial visit, I was thoroughly impressed. Every staff member I encountered during my time at the practice made an effort to greet me with a smile, even if it was just a brief interaction in the hallway. I felt at ease throughout my visit and had complete confidence in the expertise and care provided by the NP and staff.

Staff is amazing. Very friendly and nice. The office was extremely clean. Dr. Barna was so kind and listened to all my concerns and never made me feel ashamed for my problems or feelings. Tina did some lab work for me today and it was painless. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a new PCP to come to this office!

I moved from CA and knew southern hospitality was a thing but WOW! I just established care with Brio Primary and literally every encounter I have had with them has been pleasant. The ladies at the desk and behind the scenes are sooo kind they definitely make it feel as though its not just a business transaction Samantha in particular! I have never actually enjoyed having to call a Dr's office. And my PA Ms. Barna is great! Not a single complaint, she didn't even judge me when my toddler started to act ferral half way through my appointment. Not to mention the facility is beautiful! 10/10 would recommend.

This practice is unlike any other practice with which I have experience. When my insurance company dropped Prisma (yay) I had to find a new PCP. Brio was on the list as accepting new patients and, quite frankly, I liked the name.

I made an appointment for my yearly physical (years past due) and was delighted to discover a practice that seems to be willing to approach each patient on his or her terms.

When I say that, I mean that I’m not particularly doctor friendly, I dislike having to take medication for issues that come with being a patient in my mid-60’s, and I lean toward a holistic approach that is met with derision and a goodly amount of eye rolling from the average medical care provider.

That didn’t happen to me at Brio. I was given the facts with courtesy and kind encouragement and left to make my own decisions regarding treatment. I stuck to my guns on some issues and acquiesced in areas when the information I was provided explained and satisfied my concerns and questions.

Every single employee from the check in desk to the medical staff are extraordinarily friendly and courteous.

This practice has changed the way I view “doctor’s offices” and has encouraged me to have a more informed and participatory attitude toward my heal care.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The offices are comfortable, very clean and pleasant I rarely need to wait more 10 minutes. Dr McAlpine, my Dr is great. Listens to you and takes time hear what you are saying. He’s awesome

Brio is such a great, caring, and clean doctors office. The staff are friendly and courteous. The doctors have extensive knowledge in care. I would recommend Brio to everyone who is looking for a facility who cares about you as an individual and your not a number or having you do continuous testing just for insurance pay out.

During my first visit, Virginia Knight, FNP-BC, was incredibly kind and thorough while reviewing my current medications and medical history. She even checked to ensure my labs were covered under my insurance. My phlebotomist, Ariana, had a wonderful conversation to distract me from my blood draw. I DIDN'T FEEL A THING!🙌 I have had countless phlebotomists twist the needle in my arm or stick me numerous times to "find a good vein." Ariana is a miracle worker! The receptionists were all kind when I entered and left. The waiting room looks more like a upscale cafe and the exam room I was in had huge windows-- way different from any other doctor's office I've experienced. They also have an all female medical staff which is what drew me to them in the first place after my gynecologist suggested their office since she is also a patient. So far, my experience has been amazing!

On a Friday morning, Brio got me in for a sick visit 60 minutes after I called. Ellen was warm, friendly, and listened to me about my symptoms and history. She discussed options and why each item was being prescribed. I received an injection, had an X-ray, blood work, prescriptions sent to local pharmacy, and checked out all in just over 60 minutes.
I’m grateful my PCP office was able to see me and provide everything I needed under one roof.
