Publix Super Market at Chapin Crossing

The best customer service of any grocery store I’ve ever shopped at. The pharmacy staff is amazing. Very quick and courteous. Also willing to look for the best price on medications.The grocery prices are higher than average. However, the overall experience is a step above the rest.

Great selections! Great BOGO. The friendliest employees. They will always help you find something. If you request something they try and get it in stock or keep it in stock. Their app is helpful in informing you of sales and specials. My favorite grocery store

Wonderful atmosphere with such pleasant employees. We all know how important this is. I don’t know anyone who just LOVES going grocery shopping. That’s why I think it’s so important for a Great atmosphere. Plus that almost always have everything I need. And I never in line for long🤩We just recently moved to a new state, we didn’t have Publix in the state we moved from and I refused to go grocery shopping “in person” always did online shopping with pickup. Now, I don’t mind going!

Many heartfelt thank-you's to Ms. Suzette at Customer Service. I tried to purchase gift cards at another retailer but became stymied by an odd purchase rule of "cash-only."
I called Publix and they let me know before my arrival what payment methods were accepted for gift card purchases. I bought several gift cards for family members and Ms. Suzette helped facilitate the large transaction. My debit card was accepted with no issues and I was on my merry way.

Groceries. Fresh produce. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of registers open and very short wait at checkout. Senior discounts on Wednesdays.

Tasha did a fantastic job with my son’s birthday cake. He absolutely loved it, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff at the trampoline park kept complimenting it even. Thank you for always doing such a great job there in the bakery. (Bonus: The spaceship is a real toy.)

This store has it all! Love their deli sandwiches and the employees are so friendly, thorough and make sure that they cater to your every need.

We love Publix. We do our weekly shopping at Publix in Irmo, SC. But we stopped in to this Publix's to pick up some bakery goods for our church. There was a delightful woman representing Boars Head deli meats and offering samples. She was so delightful. A great asset to Boars Head and Publix. We like the hometown feel of Publix. When you can't find an item and ask a market associate for help, they often TAKE you to the item. Thus, ensuring you get what you need.

The Chapin Publix has the best employees. The customer service there is absolutely top notch.

Store provides high-quality food at a reasonable price. Also provides excellent customer service.

The subs taste great, always! And, as my picture shows, you can order on the app, and when you arrive it is sitting in the to-go bin with your name on it. That is awesome!

Every trip to Publix is pleasing. The employees are Never bothered by their Customers. The Quality of Food is excellent. The Pharmacy has always been efficient. The Check-out employees are soo nice, and helpful. I Love Publix! :)))
