Sybaris Pool Suites Mequon

Spent 2 nights at the Paradise Suite in Mequon and one night in the deluxe whirlpool room in Downers Grove. I must say that the Mequon location with the paradise sweet was excellent. Wish I could have hooked the tv up the hear speakers in the pool area. Downers Grove gives more of a hotel vibe with a smaller room. But other than that if you want the full experience. I recommend you getting a pool suite.

What an amazing place for married couples! The afternoon option definitely fit in our budget and worked perfectly for us since we have littles at home that need us for bed time. They have specials quite frequently that can make this even more cost effective. It is so hard to find a hotel with a jacuzzi and a fireplace but this had it all plus a steam room with two rainfall shower heads and another super modern shower as well. There were also 2 massage chairs and an outdoor sitting area for the warmer months. We loved the very comfy king sized bed and the stars overhead. Can't wait to return and do an overnight!! We will definitely be telling our married friends :)

Best Romantic Getaway. Celebrated our 10 year anniversary and omg it was a whole vibe. The rooms are amazing. So cozy, nice, warm, and beautiful. The rooms are romantic alone. We stayed in the Paradise suite. We didnt want to leave and cant wait to return. Candice was amazing. We came across an issue and she resolved very quick. She did not play. We truly appreciate her. The customer service and hospitality is top level. Even though i haven't been to any other locations yet, this one is my favorite.

Check in is easy, room was amazingly beautiful and very clean. We stayed for 3 nights so we can enjoy every section of the majestic suite....bathtub by the fire place is genius, lots of towels around the room, swimmpool temperature and Chem mixture just right, we enjoy the steam room after a long day at downtown site seeing. The front desk agent are very nice. Guard are attentive he knows whose staying there and what vehicle. Definitely I will recommend this place. Thank you! #1 romantic destination up here to escape the cold and dreary. We've stayed multiple times over the years and it has always been a relaxing highlight. You'll feel slightly bad destroying the cute towel swan made on the bed, but you'll get over it fast.
The same security guard that has been there everytime is an awesome character.

Honestly a great experience. We stayed for one night as a “mini moon” after our wedding since we want to take a longer trip in the future. The rooms were very clean, check in was easy and the experience was very fun. The only thing that would make this 10/5 stars is room service haha. Thankful for DoorDash. 🤣 We will be back!

My wife and I’s expectations were exceeded throughout our stay at Sybaris. The staff was always so welcoming. The security guard at night was very nice and made us feel so safe.
The room was thoroughly cleaned before, and even during our stay. The pool was the perfect temperature!
So many amenities that are just phenomenal to take advantage of.
We are already planning when we can come back and have raved about this place to our friends.

I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about this place! From start to finish the entire experience was incredibly special. Everyone we interacted with that worked there was incredible, especially Frank. He is the security guard there that makes sure that this private hotel experience stays private and safe. He has a bunch of helpful tips and info on the rooms and the ground to the villas. Great way to start our experience as this place is tucked away and quiet and he made us feel 100% safe.

The room we got was the top model and all the villas have their own private parking and entrance to the room. This alone made it feel private and very nice. Upon entering the room I was absolutely blown away at the space given and what is in the room! They had a full size swimming pool that was heated, a steam room with dual shower heads, a jacuzzi, a massage chair, bidet, another walk in shower, starlights above the bed, accent lighting everywhere and a really nice fireplace feature. The amount of remotes and switches that control every aspect of your experience had to total to 30 plus things to adjust and make perfect. The lighting and speakers to hook up your own phone and secluded feel really made this place feel special and private.

The room was absolutely spotless, the attention to detail setting up the room and welcoming us was amazing and you can tell the staff puts genuine effort into everything. Cleanliness is a massive priority with these suites and they absolutely nailed it. We used every single water feature, possibly twice, and still had fresh towels left over. They are perfectly equipped with anything you need. My wife got us this room as a surprise for our anniversary and it truly felt that we got every ounce of our money worth and it was the first place we stayed that felt special.

Best way to describe this experience vs other hotel and villas would be that you go to other hotels and get a nice hotel to stay at while you leave the property and go do other things. This place you get the hotel and you literally never want to leave at all because it has everything you need and more. So yes you can get cheaper hotels but that is not the point of this place, you get this suite to connect with your partner and relax and have every single amenity you could dream of and never leave your room.

This place was worth every penny spent and truly made our anniversary feel so special and I couldn’t say enough nice things about this place. Can’t think of a single thing we would change or that we can complain about.

It is a must go to for couples, hands down best experience you can have!

Wife & I loved the experience. Cozy location in mequon, private as can be, no interruptions by staff, etc...granted we've been married 20 yrs with 3 teens & 2 dogs so u really appreciated the isolation we got for the first time since the wedding night. They delivered that & very professional. Thanx

Decided to pull the trigger for my wife's birthday on Christmas eve into Christmas and it was the best choice so far. The staff the room the hospitality everything was above expected. We were 1st timers turning into lifers !

Amazing!! The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. This is our second time here but we upgraded to the next room. You can tell it's an older facility, kind of has that 80's vibe but it didn't disappoint. Everything you need for a romantic getaway.

You may look at booking and see the price and think "I could stay at a different hotel for 1/3 the price!" but do those other hotels have any of these features?

Had a romantic weekend getaway for my boyfriend's birthday. Staff was only a phone call away. The place could use an update but over all the place is very nice and peaceful.

We frequent this place and love it, the staff is great, rooms are always clean and we are never let down every time we visit.

This was my second time visiting with my husband -- we went for our honeymoon last year and returned this year for our anniversary. The first time, we stayed in a whirlpool suite and this time we upgraded to the Majestic Pool suite -- well worth the upgrade!
Everything about our experiences here was wonderful. The rooms are clean, most of them seem to be updated with newer appliances and modern design. The king-sized beds are extremely comfortable, there's plenty of space, the pool is nicely heated. It feels like an over-the-top luxury experience. Mequon is very close to Milwaukee so there is no shortage of opportunities for day outings and places to eat, and the surrounding towns have plenty of parks and trails and shopping.
During the evenings, a security guard sits in the parking lot and grants entry only to those with parking passes, so you can be sure no one who isn't staying at the hotel will be skulking around. Parking is always right outside your room, so you never have to walk far. The customer service is great -- we stayed for 4 days and had to call quite often to refresh our ice supply, and the individuals who work here were always happy to accommodate.
Overall we had a really great experience, and we recommend this place to our friends and family members all the time. It seems to get a little bit of a reputation because of the rooms' "intended use", but this is far from a no-tell motel. It's a truly luxurious, romantic getaway.

I came in with fairly low expectations. I remember the commercials from even I was a kid. Fortunately it was great! Service was the best, ansld the rooms were good. My only complaint is the whole thing is looking a bit tired. While it is clear that they are working to make improvements (clearly updated landscaping, a 2 person hot tub that looks newer) some are the areas are a bit worn done and in need of a refresh. All that being said, my wife and I had a great time for our anniversary!

This place is Phenomenon it is very clean I own a cleaning company and I check for cleaness every where I go, I found no dirt or hair in the room at all. The service is phenomenon. A must to enjoy the wonderful time you will have here. I have been in e every room available they all are so comfortable and clean. Thank you for your great service.
