I love my 12 year old F150 with 187,000 miles. I also love Foreign Affair foreign car repair as the are honest , reasonable and good.

When the A/C on the truck went out, the recommended Woody’s and I have to tell you, I am quite pleased. I have every confidence it was diagnosed correctly and repaired well for a reasonable price. (No, I don’t want cheap, just reasonable.

One day in the shop and I’m cool in central Texas’ summer in my old truck.

The truck has 190K miles on it. I wouldn't do this at ANY dealer but took it in and asked them to find what it needed to have fixed. Admittedly, I've taken good care of it but they didn't even recommend changing the oil! GO TO WOODY"S!!!

I’ve finally found an honest, friendly, and fair-priced auto shop that truly cares about their customers! They comprehensively and methodically diagnosed then walked me through a complex transmission issue. Communication and customer service were top-notch. Will definitely be coming back…

Took my truck to get checked, Mr Richard was very sweet and very honest. I didn't feel like he was just looking at dollar signs or trying to get me to purchase something else. Ms. Katherine was very kind and has Great Customer Service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle to be servced by him.

Mr Richard is amazing.he definitely know his craft and everything about cars. Took his time to explain possible issue with my cars, but didn't try to push a services. Taught me a couple new things about my car, and told me to wait and see before doing any work on the car to make sure the problem still there. He is a very honest person!

We bought a very old cash car this year. It needed a lot of work and we were hesitant to take it to a mechanic to hear all the bad news. We took it to Woody’s garage based on referrals from friends. My husband and I are more than pleased with the service. Richard (the owner) is honest, professional and kind. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process which I truly appreciated! The work that was done on the car was the best quality. He could have really charged us an arm and a leg for all that needed to be done but instead he saved us A LOT of money. I completely trust Woody’s Garage for all my future car repairs. We will not be going anywhere else.

After stopping at 3 different shops in the area that were really busy, I was given woody's garage address. I was having a vibration issue that required some diagnosing. Richard immediately said "lets go for a drive". We drove until he reproduced the problem and referred me to a transmission shop he trusted would fix the issue. I naturally asked how much for his diagnosis and time. He refused payment and just asked that we continue safely with our trip. I would like to highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs honest and knowledegable automotive service. These kind of shops are very rare now a days.

Nowadays it's hard to find a mechanic you can really trust. Well, look no further..Woodys Garage is the best hands down. Richard is the most knowledgeable and highly trained technician I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
His automotive expertise is second to none as is his highly capable staff. Richard never tries to "sell you something" that you really don't need. Instead, he offers valuable suggestions to better maintain your car and of course, at no cost .

My van had a strange fluid all over its undercarriage and I called Woody's because I know a mechanic who used to work there (and only left to work in the oil fields) so I knew they were a decent place. It was 4:45pm and they close at 5 but Richard told me to go ahead and bring my van in so he could look at it. He determined there was a coolant leak (the fluid was coolant and rust from the radiator) but couldn't get to it for another week so he filled my radiator and sent me to a garage down the street that HE trusted. They were able to get me in the next day. I would definitely recommend Woody's as a very honest and helpful garage.

Woody's is the highest integrity group of mechanics I have ever met. Richard will only have you do what is mechanically necessary, no up selling. Higher quality work than the Dealer. They only use high quality parts.

Went to get an oil change and a rattle checked. I have never been to a more honest auto repair shop in universal city and I would recommend anyone who fears being scammed to come here. Richard knows so much about cars and it is obvious he cares. Thank you woodys!

Great Service. Honest and friendly. Went in thinking one thing was broken. They identified and repaired what was actually broken and undid the mess that I made trying to do it myself. All at a price lower than quoted. Definitely coming back.
