Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee N-Brown Deer/Mequon, an IHG Hotel

Repeat customer. Friendly, efficient check in process. This hotel always feels refreshed and updated with a modern feel. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Love the Dove soap dispensers in the bathroom, rather than having the little bars of soap in the wrapper. I didn't do the breakfast this time but have during my other visits and food is always fresh and the eating area is inviting and spacious. Very pleased with stay.

Was in town for a business trip, room was immaculate. Up to date with all the furnishings. Bed was very comfortable for a good nights rest. Bathroom was big with a walk in shower. Breakfast is top notch and plenty of amenities.

Had an amazing time staying here. The rooms were spacious and spotless with nice decor. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely go back

I really enjoyed our stay at this location. The area is quiet with lots of food options directly near you. Staff where very nice and the cleaners where amazing with my daughter and made us feel right at home. Hotel was very clean from what I could see as well as the pool area. The pool was calm and super enjoyable after a long day and was a great temperature for small ones. Staff always greeted us when we came and went.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was very pleased with this hotel. Fitness room was nice our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was open. The staff was very friendly and had our room ready for our early check-in. The $500 deposit is only for people who live close to the hotel. I will definitely come back.

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. We had an issue where our air conditioner in our room stopped working the night we checked in. At around 10:30 or 11 pm we realized it was not working and went down to the front desk. They sent someone to check on it and they also determined it was not working. Within 20 min after that, we were placed in another King room across the hall. It was also clean and the same room type that we had booked. They also took into account to keep us next the other two rooms in our party. Also, the front desk person recognized my significant other the next day and made sure to ask if everything was going well (we stayed there two nights). What great customer service! We will definitely stay there again :)

I remember when this hotel was built. It is still just as quiet and charming as it was back then. The hotel staff are friendly and I was pleased to see how clean everything is. The rooms are well supplied with all of the necessities of home away from home. Internet speed is good and not overloaded. And who can resist free breakfast? I'll definitely be back.

Peaceful and quiet...no children running around screaming. The hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable...a person just sinks into the fluffiness. The pool and weight room were an added pleasure.
The staff was very sociable and friendly and helpful.

Location is nice, was hard trying to find a food service the delivered there after midnight tho, I finally stumbled across Fryers and they saved the day. We had a king room, and I loved it! Perfect lighting, super comfy bed with a choice of soft or firm pillows (which I thought was neat). We stayed on 3rd floor, pretty quiet and relaxing. Service was excellent, we would come back again.

I wasn’t able to go on my yearly trip to Milwaukee after an unfortunate accident and management was so incredibly helpful. I believe the women who helped us was name was Rhonda and she eased the burden of everything today. I’m very excited to stay here again once we reschedule our trip. Definitely will be our goto hotel for the upcoming years!

Its always a pleasure to stay at the Holiday inn express in Brown Deer! The staff is beyond helpful & kind! I am always greeted with a smile & hassle free check in. The breakfast bar saves us time & money. Friendly greetings from the breakfast attendant always starts my day off right!! This is why we always choose holiday inn express in Brown Deer when we come to town for business or pleasure! The rooms are always clean, the bed is always comfortable & the shower is amazing!! (Twice the normal size)

Been staying at this hotel every other year for over a decade when family in the area for Thanksgiving. Staff is always super friendly. Hotel was recently renovated and looks great. Rooms are very clean, large bathrooms, would definitely recommend.

Nice, clean, and quiet. 2nd trip staying here. Great big parking space. The King business suit was big and spacious! Hoping for a great service and kind employees! So far not bad at all!

Very friendly staff and excellent service. Right next door to Culvers which is very convenient to go get something to eat. Nice room very clean lots of places to charge my electronics several USB ports and plugs conveniently placed throughout the room. Nice big shower. Good location. I would stay here again

Got the job done. A little off the beaten path, but the price was right during Summerfest. Check in was quick and painless and the room was clean and spacious. It also has one of the nicest walk in showers I've ever been in.

It was great . Breakfast was amazing. Not donuts they had sausage bacon biscuits and gravy French toast pancakes hash browns it was amazing. The pool was nice also. Clean hotel

Our stay is was overall an excellent experience. The staff was amazing and the rooms was clean, spacious, modern and had all the comforts of home. Highly recommended!
