Woodruff Smiles Dentistry

This is the first dentist office where my anxiety isn't through the roof and I have left smiling rather than crying. I have been to this dentist for two trips which involved a root canal and crown. Each time I entered the receptionist, Chenelle has greeted me with a big smile and is always so friendly and caring. I absolutely adore her and she makes you feel welcome and at ease right away. Both the dental hygentist and the dentist were very professional and knowledgeable which is always a plus when someone is in your mouth! My crown came out perfect and you can't even tell which one is the crown because it matches so well (see pic) I absolutely love this dentist office and staff and am so thankful I finally finally after searching my entire adult life (full disclosure I am 53 now) have found a dentist office I am happy with :) Thank you guys so much!

Love this practice! Everyone is always so kind and nice. I saw Karrie today 1/29 and she was extremely sweet and professional. My regular hygienist Sydney is on maternity leave and she is awesome so I was skeptical about seeing someone else but Karrie was great! Thank you!

Unlike any dentist I’ve ever been to. Extremely patient and very nurturing. They constantly check to make sure you’re ok, and walk you through everything they’re doing. 10/10

Everyone was super kind and helpful from the receptionist to the doctor. Special thanks to Mary Jo at the front desk for detailing billing expectations and Dr. Fisher for helping me understand the why behind the treatment. The hygienist, Sydney, took good care of my cleaning making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I truly felt cared for and in good hands from the moment I stepped in the office.

The team at Woodruff Smiles Dentistry is wonderful! The front desk girls eased my nerves for my upcoming appointment. Dr. Fisher stopped in to talk me through the procedure and answer any questions I had. Hygienist Syndey walked me through all of the procedures and tools that would be used and done while I was there. I was pleasantly surprised that everyone was right, the procedure was quick and painless! I'd recommend this team to anyone for their dental needs! Awesome experience for a person who has anxiety with dentist, me! Dr Fisher and Dr McGary both are professional with a person centered approach. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. They even provided me with a blanket because I was cold. The staff is amazing as well. The staff is warm, caring, and friendly. Great atmosphere and cohesion. Very knowledgeable of the procedures I needed. Thanks. The smiles in their name is for how they treat you and for helping to make sure your teeth are healthy. 🙂

I had a great experience at Woodruff Smiles Dentistry! All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming with being a new patient. They spoke with me directly about my insurance coverage and charges and possible charges before doing procedures which I really appreciated because there were no surprises at the end of the appointment. I will definitely be continuing to work with them moving forward!

Dr Fisher is amazing! Such a personable bedside manner and cares about her patients dental needs. Shara is also amazing. Cares about my oral health and puts me totally at ease. The front office staff is great! So pleasant and great humor. Definitely recommend this dental office.

These guys literally saved my life...Blood pressure was critically high while checking before my cleaning procedure. If they hadn't done that and let me know it could have been disastrous. These guys really care about their patients and it shows! Thanks to Dr. Fisher and the entire talented team for all you do!
Oh yeah, and they took me in for an emergency broken tooth when no one else would...not even my prior regular dentist!

Great service as soon as you walk in the door. The receptionist is welcoming. The dentist herself is very professional and knowledgeable. They make sure you aware of any charges prior to any procedures and are sure to get you on a great plan to get your work done. I was nervous at first but it was all worth it.

I am normally one who avoids the dentist because let’s be honest, it’s not the funnest place to be… However, I now book appointment after appointment with this team working to get my teeth back on track! The staff is so friendly, caring, and helpful! My teeth always feel and look way better after visiting Woodruff Smiles Dentistry.

Reception staff was more than friendly and conversational, also helpful and clear about how to navigate the MyChart app for documents and permissions.
The facility was pristine and tidy, clean and sanitary as one would expect any professional establishment to be. Exam was quick and educational - I learned more about my own mouth that I ever knew my whole life. Doctor Fisher was very helpful in her recommendations and explanations, and we were also given very easy-to-manage flexible payment options. Follow-ups and referrals were also made in consideration of our schedules.
The procedure was for a temporary crown, and I honestly felt nothing but the initial little poke for anesthetic. I was comfortable and considered; Dr. Fisher and her staff know how to keep people calm and collected during such a procedure. I may have even gagged on my own tongue for just a moment like a complete neanderthal, but they were quick to calmly react.
If you don't like the dentist, then Woodruff Smiles is the place to go; it was a genuinely enjoyable experience that was based in comfort, and they take the time to alleviate any physical or financial anxieties.

I’ve been going to Woodruff Smiles for a few months now after going a long period without going to a dentist. So needless to say I had a lot to get done. I have had a good experience every time I go. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very nice and attentive. There is very little wait time, if any at all. They really make sure it as painless as possible and that’s another big plus in my book!

So happy that I found Woodruff Smiles Dentistry! I had just moved here and had a dental emergency -- had not found a dentist yet. Dr. Baily saw me the morning that I called. She was so friendly, professional and caring. I received the treatment that I needed that day, so I didn't have to come back. Tommy, who was running the front desk that day, made sure that my Dental insurance was activated, since I had just moved here from another state -- he was on the phone for over an hour -- and came back to the operatory to make sure that the charges were acceptable, which I truly appreciated! Alexis, the Dental Assistant was also top notch. I definitely recommend Woodruff Smiles Dentistry and have already made my cleaning appointment. Dr. Baily is a gem!

Everyone here is great! I took my daughter a couple weeks ago and had a great experience so I came back for myself today. They were just as awesome for me. I HATE going to the dentist but honestly they made it painless. I wont be so nervous in six months when I come back. I absolutely recommend Woodruff Smiles to everyone of all ages!!!

My whole experience at this dentist was excellent from the front staff, dental hygienist to the dentist. They all took their time and answered my questions. They took my insurance which was a plus. They weren’t trying to make money off of me but just evaluated my teeth for a routine checkup including X-rays, an exam and a cleaning. I recommend anyone to seek care here with Dr. Fisher. The office was very clean and tidy. They were gentle with my teeth and gave me good dental care tips. I’m glad I have found a great dentist in the upstate!

The office was very welcoming from when I first called until I left. They were very thorough in my exam. Latesha was great with my x-rays! My cleaning was gentle and I actually enjoyed it. Dr. Fisher is amazing and so careful in everything she does!

What a wonderful experience. I had to drive over an hour to get here because they take my dental insurance and it was so worth the drive. Amazingly friendly staff, comforting and explain everything going on. Dentist was amazing and made a root canal enjoyable! Can’t wait to use them again for my major dental needs!
