Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greenville

I have had to use Mr. Rooter Plumbing 2 different times & both time was a very positive. Customer Service was great. Jason was very professional & quick to get here & resolve this issues going on.
The previous time Skylar was very professional & got here at very reasonable time for a night time/weekend call.Both times the issues were resolved. I felt like cost was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Rooter & will be calling them when I need something. Thank you for everything.

Skyler got to our house so quickly after calling. He came and helped identify the leak, and come up with a game plan to fix. He was able to get everything fixed for us and was very helpful in the process! Highly recommend!

Skyler and Mr. Rooter were great. I reached out and they were able to come make a repair the next day and it was even an outdoor job that Skyler did in the rain. He was able to let me know what he was going to do before he wrote up the work order. Before burying the line again, he showed me the repair and explained the warranty. Very great job and highly recommended

Let me start off by saying Josh Powell was very thorough. He did not rush. I do know all of my questions were answered. He went above and beyond expectations. I will ask for him again. I appreciate everything. I do recommend him for all plumbing services.

Mr Rooter of Greenville has been my go to plumber on the 271 unit property that I am the maintenance supervisor of. For 4 years Jason has always answered my call and gets whatever job done we need him for. Emergencies have always been quickly. The work is always done right and if something happens they will get it fixed promptly. The entire staff is great. You can trust that they will get your problem fixed.

Cole is a very polite & courteous young man. He was professional and did an outstanding job.Cole was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I would have no reservations calling Mr Rooter plumbing for any other plumbing issues I might have. We are very pleased with our hot water heater.

The plumber, Dallas Whitmire, did an exceptional job in every way. We had a number of plumbing projects, and he patiently explained all of the possibilities to fix the plumbing problems. He was knowledgeable, and he made an extra effort to solve our plumbing issues, whereas previous plumbing companies were unable to solve them. Thank you!

Josh Powell came to our house and repaired some older leaking kitchen pipes. He was on time, explained everything upfront (including work and pricing), and was quick and efficient with the job provided. I would recommend Josh and Mr. Rooter and will be using them when needed in the future.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is the best Plumbing service in Greenville! One of their technicians, Dallas, has served our apartment complex several times, and he has always done a phenomenal job! If you want good plumbers who care about their work, give Mr. Rooter a call!

Jason was exceptional. He came out three days in a row only charge me for what he actually could complete and was all around extremely helpful knowledgeable understanding of the problem at hand and was able to easily diagnose and fix it.

We have had to call Mr. Rooter twice this week and the entire experience has been nothing but pleasant. The office staff was professional and accomodating. Both Ronnie and Jason arrived promptly, and within minutes were able to diagnose and help treat our issues. We have used them a few times over the years and have always been impressed with the service. We recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors!

This is the second time I’ve had to call them out to my house and every single time they get the job done & can have someone out in just a short time. Matt was my technician and he was very informative of what the issue was this time and also provided some additional help with how to avoid my issue from happening further. I use Mr. Rooter at my property in Greenville. They are quick to come out and troubleshoot the issue and prices are reasonable. Jason with Mr Rooter is always polite, prompt and detailed, especially with the type of work we have (underground/slab leaks).

Jason and Clayton with Mr.Rooter have been the best Plumbers I’ve used in the apartment industry. Every slab leak/leak that we have had has been taken care of by the two best possible. Spring creek has no complaint with these two guys whatsoever
